Our ultimate goal is serving you: our sports community. At Decathlon, we aim to make sports accessible to everyone. That means we work to keep our prices as low as possible. There's no middle man or crazy mark-ups. Just great products at great prices. We want to continue to make that possible for everyone. So, we have made some changes to our shipping and returns policies.

Bulky Product Shipping

Decathlon still offers free shipping for most orders of $50 or more. However, for oversized and heavy products, a shipping surcharge has been added to account for the added shipping and handling costs. This applies to both shipping and returns. The additional cost varies depending on the weight of the product. We offer free in-store pick-up for local customers. View oversized shipping charges and shipping policy here.

Updated Return Policy

We want you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to make sure that you are. We stand behind our products, their design, and quality, but we understand that sometimes, it just doesn't work out. 

Our team will work with you to help you find a replacement that you love, or you may return products within 365 days of your purchase. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. View our full returns and refunds policy here.

As a reminder, all of Decathlon products are covered by a warranty (at least 2 years) to cover potential product defects. For example, our bicycles feature a Lifetime Limited Warranty, and most of our hiking backpacks have a 10-year warranty. Learn more about our warranty policy here.
