This is a great racquet, especially considering its price. It provides easy access to spin (partly because of the poly string it comes with). The balance and weight are almost ideal for me. I also liked the string unlike the other reviews but I must say I'm a recreational player. Would like to know the string on it and its tension. The only small problem was the cosmetic corrections on the frame (small paint mistakes) but Decathlon partially refunded to make up for it.
Plays like a Pure Strike 100 but for $104 on sale so is tremendous value. L4 grip feels smaller in hand than other racquet brands and also feels lighter than the 305g stated. When will we get the Pro versions of the TR960 and the TR930 in Oz?
Unbelievable
I picked up the tennis racquet as a click and collect order. Upon picking up the racquet. The staff member kindly pointed out to me the racquet had been used and the plastic wrap was missing on the handle. Upon closer inspection, the frame condition showed it had been used. The white stencil on the strings were faint and light surface scratches on the frame. The staff member kindly offered me a £10 discount but no returns. I declined. Decathlon Surrey Quays, please get your act together. Your products are great but in this occasion you failed. I had to travel for an hour each way to your store to click and collect today.
I bought this racket after seeing a review on YouTube channel (Tennis Spin) where they rated it as outstanding. and I can confirm that their review was accurate. I find this racket to have the right balance it's easy to play with and it is amazing the amount of control that it gives you. Much better than my other racket from a famous brand (Head) and a fraction of the price for a Graphene racket. I absolutely love it! Well done Decathlon for developing this racket.

This racket has immensly raised my game, my shots have got more power and precision in placing them. It does not feel very heavy, although the strings can be a bit better, but again for the price its definitely worth it!!! Very happy with the purchase and going to purchase the 990 model as well.
Our head coach had trial versions of both the 960 and 990 and I used both over the course of a week. The 990 I found a bit too stiff for me but the 960 is perfect. I've had to change the strings as the ones that came with the racquet weren't quite up to scratch but since then I have been very pleased. More than enough power for me and a very comfortable feel.

It's a good sturdy racquet for beginners. Advance stage players avoid it. Precsion lacking and slight vibrations on every stroke. OK for a slow game but fast and hard game avoid it.
