Not used it yet, but the quality of manufacturing is very good!
I wasn't expecting a whole lot for what this cooler cost so was truly surprised to see how wonderful it is. Very well insulated and comfortable to wear even when loaded with a lot of food and drinks. It has a lot of internal pockets for freezer blocks Plus dividers that can fold out to make subcompartments inside of the cooler. Also has some nice external pockets for things like napkins silverware Etc.
I love that this cooler is light and has a waist strap that other coolers seems to forget to include. It’s great to lead up and carry with the waist strap and so far I’m very happy with the cooling effect. Haven’t used it on long hikes yet. Love that it is light to pack and a Soft pack
I'm so thrilled that finally the Decathlon stores opened up in United States. In 2019 went back to my Homeland Poland on vacation and ended up in Decathlon by accident. Anyways I ended up buying all kinds of stuff one of them was the 20L Quencher Cooler. When I got back home to United States I wished I had bought more items in Poland Decathlon, because there wasn't any place to buy the exact thing I had bought in Poland. Well now I'm so thrilled that I'm able to. I absolutely love the cooler and bought another in larger capacity. I already had recommended the store to friends. I will recommend the store to anyone who wants good quality sporting goods at a wonderful price.

This bag is perfect for carrying baby food, clothing, diapers! Very handy that it is divided into upper and lower containment.
Comes in handy when you drink alot of water Keeps them nice and cold for a long time

The idea of a cooler backpack is fabulous, but this one leaks, not just a few drops but by the gallon. I tried to keep some drinks cool on a long drive, added a bag of ice, and after a few hours, the entire floor of the trunk was wet. What's the point of a cooler, if you can't use ice because the material isn't waterproof?
We have used this a lot for picnics whilst out walking. The size is perfect for a family of four. Its well made, easy to access your food and comfortable to wear.
Great piece of kit that has already been well used in a hot spell. A firm favourite.
Great, family sized cool bag. Easily carryable, and even better with a water bladder added for rehydration!
Good enough to be useful
Not a bad bag that you can fit a good amount of food in for a day out but not overly big. Stays cold for the day but need some decent ice blocks which obviously take up important space. I was disappoint that it doesn't have straps on the underneath to attach blanket. (Unless mine was faulty and came without them)
Great to carry a mini fridge on your back when you are out for the day with the family.
Whilst on holiday in France, nearly every family had one of these. We decided it would be a much easier way to carry a picnic, so we bought one when we got back home. It seems very good quality but we haven't yet had a chance to use it as the weather hasn't been suitable.

Inner capacity
30 liters (1830.7 in³).Inside you will find a net pocket for better organizing and managing your food, a system for holding a water bladder or bottles upright during transport, and a space marked by a snowflake for your ice packs.
Outer capacity
There’s a zipped pocket and a mesh pocket on the outside, separate from the cooler, so you can keep your belongings dry (wallet, keys, cards, camera, etc.). Straps and buckles beneath the backpack allow you to carry a rug, for example.

1.5 lbs empty.
Waterproofing
Important!This backpack is not watertight on the inside, in other words, the bottom of the bag does not keep water out. Sometimes condensation can build up inside the bag and some drops of water may seep through the seams. Don’t worry, this rarely happens and your food won’t get wet.
Product testing
The European standard EN 12546-2 certifies the performance of the cooler backpack without ice packs. To obtain this standard, tests are carried out by an external lab. These tests consist in placing water at a temperature of 41°F into the cooler, which itself is placed in an environment of 90°F. The idea is to then measure the time the water takes to reach a temperature of 59°F. The measured time for this backpack was 5 hours.
Storage instructions
We recommend that you wash and dry your backpack cooler before storing it. For storage, choose a clean and dry place.
