The bike came fully assembled and is easy to ride
Excellent bike. My 8 year daughter loves it. Feels very solid and well made. Brakes are excellent and should last until the 5 year daughter is big enough to use it!
My 6-year old girl, never been on a bike before, learnt to ride this bike in only 4 days and without stabilizers. She is thoroughly enjoying it now, riding it all by herself.
A good looking bike, easily set up. Had a slight problem with the front brake, which came on when my granddaughter turned right. A slight adjustment rectified this. Very good value for money and my granddaughter loves it.
Delivery wasn't great. Delivery day changed late in the day disrupting arrangements made to receive. Bike arrived 2 hours outside the predicted time in a very large generic box, not, as I would have expected, in a Decathlon or Btwin box, which created a bad impression. The bike was in good condition but arrived without the promised instructions or tools so I was left to work it out. Unusually, the pedals were not marked "L" or "R" or colour coded, as is usual. The right hand pedal went in by hand ok but the left was very stiff and needed the correct spanner, which I presume should have been supplied, which I don't have, so I have been unable to complete the assembly so far. Similarly, the front forks which - it appears - need an allen key (not supplied). I'm afraid that my opinion of the service I received is very negative. This is very disappointing, especially as the bike was bought as a Christmas present for my grandson. I have always admired the brand as producing good quality and good value bikes, but this experience has made me think again.
I bought for my tall almost 5 year old child,very happy with this bike, my daughter loves it, feels very comfortable on it.
We brought this for our 6 year old, she loves it. It is light yet strong and perfect for first time without stablisers.
Good bicycle my daughter she love it

I read good reviews about this bike online, but only in just one outing with this cycle rear tyre got puncture. I am not sure how to get that puncture repair, I visually inspected it but cant see any problem at tyre surface. Is there anyway Decathlon can assist us , we are not using this cycle , it is just standing in Garage.

The bike is great, lightweight so ideal for my tall but slight built 7 year old. The customer service wasn't great. I ordered online with an expected delivery date of the Thursday. Never arrived Thursday or Friday so I contacted decathalon. Received an email from the courier about an hour later saying delivery would be the following Wednesday, which was too late for their birthday. I had to email back and forward several times. I had to check the bikes were still in stock in-store, re-order obviously paying for the bikes again, then cancel the online order and wait for a refund! 6 days later than an expected delivery date is not acceptable!
