This band has helped me do achieve front levers planches and I used to use it for pull ups and since it is only around 15£ I think it’s great value

How to choose your training band
Each color corresponds to a level of resistance:Green: 33 lbs // Yellow: 55.1 lbs // Orange: 77.2 lbs // Red: 99.2 lbs // Black: 132 lbs If you use the band for strengthening, start with a lower resistance and then gradually increase it.However, if you are using it to assist you during exercises such as pull-ups, a more resistant Training Band is best for beginners.
