I wasn't expecting much, so was happily surprised by the flattering fit and soft material. A really nice layer for the price. I will wear both as a long sleeved shirt on daily basis in winter and as under layer when hiking or skiing. Size was right on. I usually wear a small or medium in other brands and I ordered a medium and it fits just right.
The warmest top I've had in the price range. I now have two and can't fault them!

What is the fit of the 100 base layer?
The 100 base layer comes in a REGULAR fit. It's a classic straight cut suitable for all body shapes.
What are the benefits of polyester?
Polyester is the most-used fiber for base garments because it is relatively inexpensive and offers excellent performance in various respects, and especially because the fibers can be knitted to obtain a very lightweight and durable fabric. It actively absorbs moisture but does not dry particularly well when wet. It is limited in its ability to reduce odors.
How to dress to stay warm on the slopes?
You just need 3 layers to keep dry on the ski slopes: - Layer 1 or a 2nd skin, to stay dry. - Layer 2 or an insulating layer, to keep the heat in. - Layer 3 or a protective layer to protect against the elements.
