OK
Tried during a ski test at Ax 3 Domaines on February 15, this board is a marvel of maneuverability. the sliding conditions were not very good: grated artificial snow, revealing areas of ice and piles of snow. this board allowed me to easily pass on the track, in particular thanks to its reactivity and its lightness. It's really a pleasure to surf the track with her. I'm not a freestyler, so I can't appreciate its behavior for jumps.
very nice board for beginners , i have used it once so far, i liked it
very handy board, forgives errors in the edge, light, flexible, very easy to change turns with its flat camber, I'm a beginner, I don't regret my purchase at all, I started learning on a Burton board, well frankly the value for money is really very very good, I recommend good brand bindings and good quality boots (the decathlon boots are not terrible) in short to summarize you will not be disappointed with the board go for it
The quality of the snowboard is and are amazing for the price you pay! Some minor dings/marks on the board when it arrived but nothing to be upset about! The ride quality is also insane for the price, it has a nice pop and you could really go all out on the mountain. The design is also nice, not too much and not too less! Nothing to complain about, just buy this snowboard!!!!
Very good grip in the powder and on the piste, the handling is a little heavy but we stay on all mountain, it just lacks a softer core and I think we have a very good board!
The technical sheet is faithful to the feelings on the track. Handy and reliable, the board is very very flex and this is interesting for versatility. For the confirmed it is a product which is however still limited.
A very good board for having fun on the slopes or parks. Supple, tolerant and with a twin shape. Very affordable price you can go there with your eyes closed.
Good freestyle board! Tested with the SNB 100 bindings, it works well for doing tricks on the track.. I'm 1m80 and the 156 is a bit short for my taste, I think the 160W would be perfect.
super playful and handy board, the price is crazy and it has all the advantages of a real freestyle board, it has a very flexible flex, it has a good grip despite being a flat camber.
A great board for fun on the track and side of the track! The flat camber is really playful, forgiving and the flex is just right. I even took her on a little deep off-piste and she got through it even if it's not her domain. In short, a very fun and really cool board to ride, recommended for beginners to advanced riders who want to have fun. For the price frankly well played !!
Board playful and very handy. Adapted to the track and little to the powder. Very well waxed and sharpened!!!!
Very good board for freestyle as it is very flat it is perfect for slides. It's a very playful board that returns really well. I recommend 100%
Very fun, agile and versatile Track or off-piste, it knows how to do everything by being agile, flexible and nervous
Rather flexible board with a shape that allows you to make tight turns. Less maneuverable at high speed but it forgives a lot of mistakes!

Which size endzone 500 should i choose?
For Freestyle use, you can go for a relatively short board: choose a 20 or 25 cm drop (for example, a person who is 1.74m tall should choose a board between 154 and 149 cm in length). A smaller board makes rotations and tricks easier. A bigger board will be more stable at high speed and when landing jumps.142 cm => 1.55 m to 1.66 m146 cm => 1.6 m to 1.71 m151 cm => 1.69 m to 1.76 m156 cm WIDE => from 1.74 m to 1.81 m160 cm MIDWIDE => from 1.82 m to 1.9 m
A word from the product manager
The Endzone 500 is the most playful board in the range. We wanted it to be easy to handle as well as being freestyle: fun, easy to handle and fun. We love this board but the most important thing is that you like it! Please remember to let us know what you think in the customer feedback section.
Programme/terrain
The Endzone 500 doesn't carve as well as the Allroad 500 on the slopes but is great fun in snow parks, whether for rail lines, jump lines or on the flat. It's easy to handle in tight turns on the piste and is the perfect excuse for playful snowboarding on the edge of the slopes. With its flat camber with rocker and soft torsion between the feet, it suits an experienced rider looking for a playful board as well as for a genuine beginner interested in freestyle.
Twintip snowboard
The shape of the snowboard is TwinTip. The board's sidecuts are completely symmetrical between front and rear, providing perfect symmetry and centring of the board's features for riding in both directions in the same way. The TwinTip shape also provides total balance when turning on the ground or in the air.
Flat camber + rocker
A flat camber offers the best compromise between a standard camber which provides traction and dynamic motion, and a reverse camber which provides manoeuvrability when turning but little traction. It is perfect for the park freestyler and beginner because: - the flat camber provides stability on modules and on the slopes- the rocker makes it more forgiving in parks and on the slopes as the 4 corners of the board don't touch the snow when the board is flat.
Slight flex (5/10)
Flex is the stiffness of the board between the front and rear. The flex of the Endzone 500 board is approximately 5/10, making it tolerant and playful. This is a very even type of flex from the tip (nose) to the tail, which is makes the board playful in snow parks and on the piste. However, at high speed or on very frozen snow, this board cannot hold a carved turn.
Soft and forgiving torsion (4/10)
The Endzone 500 has a torsional flex, which is the stiffness of the board between the feet, of about 4/10, which makes the board easy to handle, pivot and more forgiving of edge errors. Soft torsion provides freedom for the feet. It is important at the beginner level: forgiving of edge errors. Soft torsion is also suitable for freestyle, jib or flat use. Perfect for shredding!
Product testing
All Dreamscape by Decathlon snowboarding products are tested under the actual conditions of use for which they were designed. In the snow, in the cold, in all conditions you may come across when snowboarding whether in powder, in the park or on the piste.
