I'm not a surfer but the board first starting out is encouraging. Plus it doesn't hurt so bad when you get hit in the head with the board. Overall though I was pleasantly surprised for the quality of the board and leash for the price. Very good value. Also most surfing instructors suggest you get a 'foamy' before you purchase a real board. Good advice, and this is an excellent board to try out the sport.
This is an awesome beginner board for the coast! Comfortable to ride in the water, easy to carry with the handle (this was a huge plus for me as more beginner boards are too big and wide for me to carry on my own) and love the fun design. Can't beat the price!! I will say that I don't think it will last forever, but great for getting started and I'm sure I'll get a few seasons out of it which again - for the price is more than you can ask for!
For weekend warriors this board is brilliant. I've been surfing for 30 years and have had more good rides on average (UK) waves than the the rest of my boards put together. Obviously doesn't have the feel of a proper fiberglass board in quality waves but for summer slop and onshore mess this board gives me way more fun than I've ever had. Super easy to paddle into waves.

Tolles Einsteiger Softboard.Jede noch so kleine Welle lässt sich damit anpaddeln.Macht richtig Spaß.Auch für schwere Jungs geeignet, bin selbst 1,80 mit 92kg.Am besten vor jeder Session die Fins nochmal festdrehen. War damit 4 Wochen im Sommer in Frankreich an der Atlantikküste.Das Board lässt sich sowohl im Weisswasser als auch in der grünen Welle stabil fahren und bewegen.Bei 90L Volumen ist leider kein DuckDive möglich

La mejor tabla evolutiva para gente alta o de peso elevado. Facilita el surf en cualquier tipo de ola, hasta las más pequeñas con unas simples remadas y te da una experiencia diferente: cero sufrimiento y máximo gozo. Dificil de controlar en olas más grandes pero no imposible, una vez la dominas seras el rey de la playa cogiendo cada ola que de te antoje y bailando encima la tabla como si fueras un guru hawaiano autentico!
Muy buena tabla para principiantes, recomendada para el tipo de usuario que menciona en la descripción.
buena tabla tiene bastante roquet ya que otras tablas que tiene el decatlhon se les clava la punta un poco en cambio esta no.
Una tabla con mucho volumen y buena flotabilidad. Va muy bien para las olas pequeñas del mediterraneo

Achetée pour les sessions estivales je me régale avec toute l'année. Surfer confirmé de 1m85 pour 80kgs ça part sur tout quelles que soient les conditions onshore,petit,mou glassy jusqu'à 1m50 sans problème (éviter la Gravière on fire quand même :) bref que du bonheur. Seul petit bémol mais vraiment pour pinailler la poignée de transport située un peu trop bas sur la planche mais ce n'est que mon avis.
Très bonne planche pour débutant et pour les kids!

Construction
Expanded polystyrene core with 3 wood stringers. New Hot-laminated polyethylene coating on the core to limit water entry and improve rigidity. High-density polyethylene bottom. Wax before use to avoid slipping.
Easy to assemble
A kit with 3 identical fins and single-size screws so you can't go wrong. Comes with a plastic Allen key for tightening and a 8'2” urethane leash with double swivel.Regularly check the fastening of the screws to ensure good water resistance.
Using the leash
WARNING: never hold your board with your hands or fingers wrapped in the cord. This can lead to serious finger injury.Properly install the leash by checking the attachment to the board.Practice removing the leash from your ankle in the event of a problem.
Usage precautions
Warning: Prolonged exposure to the sun or intense heat can cause detachment of the lining. We advise you to store your board in shade and never inside of a vehicle.Regularly tighten the fin with the key provided to keep water out.If you need to fasten the board onto a roof rack, we recommend putting the board in a bag. The strap may damage the rail.
