Good quality foam, pleasant and easy to set up. On the other hand it is a little too short at the level of the shoulders for the squat and the hips for the hip thrust.
Efficiency nothing to say but some pain if badly positioned or if load too heavy
Padding could be a little thicker, then it would be more comfortable. You just have to know. Easy to keep clean and disinfect. OK for the price.
