I’m completely obsessed with this pack. And totally blown away by the price considering how quality it is. It fits perfect, very comfortable. I was able to pack everything for a 10 day backpacking trip in Spain in this bag and kept it under 20lbs. Seriously amazing. Highly recommend!!

I haven't been able to use this yet, as I purchased it for a trek I am doing at the end of the year. I liked the design and the fact it is so adjustable. As it is designed for women, it fits me much better across the shoulders and the length from neck to waist is adjustable. It is also a good price.

Great bag, one of its best features is that it can be used as hand luggage on commercial flights. I have flown with it multiple times and haven’t had any problems, but normally try not to fill all the exterior pockets too much to avoid problems. Have had it a few years now, its been with me on multiple traveling trips and festivals and its still in great shape. Straps are comfortable. Its true that I rarely use the extra small bag.
Great bag, good size, easy to carry
Perfect size pack, lots of internal space, love the way the back zips away and opens out completely. And many external compartments for easy access.
This bag stood up to constant abuse over 7 weeks; under, in, and on top of buses, on the plane, and on my back. The two front zip compartments were perfect for my raincoat and travel towel, the side zip pockets held my liquids and the shoe compartment could fit my trainers, converses, sandals and flipflops (size 5, YMMV). I didn't think I'd use the detachable day bag but it became a very useful addition for carrying spare hoodies and raincoats. The detachable rain cover was nice and thick, and the ability to tighten the drawstring and carry it by the handles was very good for hopping on and off boats and buses in the rain. The small zip pockets on the waist strap were brilliant for keeping my phone and wallet in in cities when I didn't want to be rooting around in my bag. The straps and back padding felt comfortable. We were travelling in 30 degree heat and up to 90% humidity so my back would get sweaty - I think this would have happened with any bag. All of the zips and clips seemed sturdy and the fabric of the bag was nice and thick. While the bright blue looked very new at first, it was nice being able to easily differentiate my bag from all the red and black bags around!
As long as you have OCD the backpack will help you.

The back portion of the back is very hard and empty bag is heavy to carry in comparison to others but the overall experience of the bag is good. Also you can carry your belongings for atleast a week very easily.
What a beautiful colour, easy to carry with lots of pockets which I always wanted, very easy, light to carry. With lots of space. Thanks alot go for it who travels alot.
Super comfortable. I love how this opens like a suitcase rather than a traditional pack. It makes it super easy to get to whatever you’re needing. I’ve traveled with it and carried it on a twenty day trek. It’s a keeper.

How to fill my bag for optimal comfort
Put your bedding at the bottom. Near your back, place heavy equipment (tent, stove, food). Pack your clothes around these items. The groundsheet can be placed under the flap; the tent under the bag if there’s no space inside. Keep a waterproof jacket and fleece to hand. In the pockets, place small items for the day (sunscreen, map, glasses...). The water bladder can be placed in the compartment generally provided down the back.
The easyfit system
This intuitive patented system allows you to adjust your bag to suit your body shape, in a single step, without having to remove it: for maximum comfort.
How to adjust your backpack?
To start, LOOSEN all the straps (shoulder straps, belt, load adjusters). Then, put the bag on and PLACE THE BELT ON THE HIPS (it must cover the pelvic bones around the hips) to TIGHTEN. Finally, PULL THE EASYFIT TOGGLES and the shoulder strap block should position itself around your shoulders. Finally, just ADJUST THE LOAD ADJUSTERS to get the perfect fit for your back.
Tests carried out by our research and development departments on the efficiency of the easyfit system
User-friendly design: effective adjustment time 2.3 times shorter with the Easyfit backpack; and number of times you have to readjust = 0 for the Easyfit bag. Does not affect the quality of adjustment compared to a bag with standard adjustment: EasyFit was rated significantly more comfortable in the Friedmann statistical test, 4%; with 6 times as many backpacks correctly adjusted.
How is backpack volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardized method: we fill the main compartment as well as each pocket with little balls. Then we empty the balls into a graduated container, which gives us the equivalent volume in liters, with a tolerance of a few percent. The empty weight shown is that of our reference sample. There may be slight variations.
A score for comparing the products' environmental impact

10-year warranty
The warranty covers the defects of the backpack, excluding those resulting from normal wear and improper use. This special 10-year warranty will only be granted upon presentation of the receipt and the product. If the product is covered by warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged, free of charge. This sales warranty does not affect the statutory rights applicable in your country and/or state.

In the event of rain
The backpack has a rain cover, stored in the bottom of the bag. It protects your bag in case of rain. Just slip it over the bag, leaving the shoulder straps still accessible so that you can continue using your bag in the rain.

Using lab and field tests, we check the bag's resistance to abrasion and tearing, its colorfastness to UV light and washing, and its waterproofing. Then a mannequin replicates the aging of the loaded bag over a number of years by simulating thousands of fast-moving walking movements to check the resistance of the assemblies. The components (fabrics, buckles, straps, foam padding, zippers, etc) are also tested separately to guarantee these bags over a period of 10 years.
