Bought this tent to use on my first ever camping trip. I knew that we will likely be getting into camp after dark during the journey, so decided to grab the pop-up tent for its ease of use. Absolutely amazing product - super easy to setup, great quality and easy to pack away. I even survived a 2 degree night in it. The only drawback is if you're travelling in a group, you'll be helping others set theirs up because this tent takes no time to pitch at all :)
Black lining makes this essential in a well lit camp site for a good nights sleep
Having spent many years working in the outdoor industry in AU and NZ, I've owned and tested a lot of tents, camping hammocks, bivvys, swags etc etc... I'd read lots of reviews about this before purchasing, so was keen to see if it lived up to the hype. Pretty much blew me away how quick and easy this is to put up, but more importantly, just how good the quality of materials and construction are too. All I wanted was a good value car camping tent, for hassle free basic camping, and this really delivers on all fronts. Well done! The only very very minor gripe (if I can possibly find one), is packing this thing up aint as easy as erecting it. The bag it comes in is perfectly sized, but I've found myself at the limit of that size. as I cant quite seem to work out how to pack it up just as compact as it was when I first received it. I'm sure I'll find a way, but the first few times I found myself worrying that maybe it's bigger because I haven't done it properly and that may lead to damaging the internal poles or something.... which kinda wore on my mind a little. But at the end of the day it's only ever going to live in the boot of a car, so if it takes up a few CM extra room than it could do, who cares.
This 2 person tent is awesome to set up! Easy as one two three! We went out to a 4WD park on the long weekend and it was easy to set up and easy to pack away!
Good stuff and easy to use
Good
This tent is excellent valve and does a great job in every sense. First, it's a good size and fits easily in any car. The tent has some weight in it and I wouldn't want to carry it more than 4-5kms. It takes 15sec to easily pop open plus pegging out. I would highly recommend a groundsheet to be used as the actual tent groundsheet seems very smooth and soft. Internally the tent has good pockets and the added string on the roof inside is excellent to hang a lantern. This is a two person tent. Fair enough, however it will be a very tight space I believe with two average to tall adults. I used it solo and it's very comfortable. If your after a two person tent, may look for one a little wider. Detaching the shell and flysheet is very easy with a single coloured tab inside (perfect, thanks) to ensure putting the tent back together is simple. Closing the tent is just as easy as opening, it's a simple pop close, fold and roll. Love this tent and highly recommended.
If you want a tent, which you can setup and remove in no time, this is the one and quality of material is too good.
I’m so impressed with this little tent that I had to write a review where I’m normally too lazy to. I bought this tent for my elderly mother to use on a recent camp trip. She is a complete camping newbie, so it was very easy for her to set up on her own. Unfortunately she tied the guy lines incorrectly, attaching it to the red pull cord instead of the guy lines tabs. However in spite of that, it was one of only two tents in the whole camp site left standing and completely unscathed from the 77km/h winds we experienced on Lake Colac over the weekend. The tent did not budge one bit, looking at it you would not have realised there was any wind at all, meanwhile other tents have collapsed or flying 10 metres in the air into the next paddock. We were completely exposed on a field with nothing to shelter us from the strong wind and rain coming off the lake, not even our car which was parked off to the side. Next time it comes on special, I’m going to have to buy another one for myself as my mum now refuses to part with it.
Fantastic tent so easy to put up and pack away
Have used the tent a few times now and have found it’s really well made, great design and a quality product. Worth every cent and works as promised. Highly recommend.

Light bulb moment, this tent is absolutely brilliant!
For single campers, this really is the PERFECT tent! It’s also ideal for 2 campers, but you might struggle with room for backpacks etc. The tent is extremely well made, waterproof, and literally take seconds to erect or easily pack away! The inside black is stupidly black, so its likely you’ll lay in during early summer sunrises! I camp solo with a double VANGO inflatable mattress, which fits perfectly inside; but if 2 are camping, they’ll be no extra room to store backpacks, food coolers etc other than at your feet or in the outer vestibules (a car or another tent). NB I’m 5’11” and room inside is easily generous enough. I love the mesh inner and zipped access from both sides of the tent. I sleep with the mesh zipped up, but the outer doors folded back … and its easy to get out in the night for toilet stops! There’s a good number of storage pockets for your phone, wallet, keys etc, and a handy hook on the roof for a light. I mostly camp alone and use my 6-berth inflatable for 3 day+ stays, but when I’m not doing a lot of cooking and want a quick pitch, and something snug and cosey, this is the one I chose! In fact, I love this tent so much, I’ve just ordered the 3-person version. It’s not cheap at nearly double the price, especially when compared to other tents, but I think for the design, quality and ease of use, its money well spent. The 3 person is the ideal way to have more room for one or two people, but still retain the snugness and ease of managing as this version. Again, expensive at face value, but once you’ve pitched, you’ll quickly recognize its value. 100% recommended!

Pitching/folding
Enjoy the exclusive ”EASY” technology to pitch your tent in 1 minute. The freestanding structure means you can move the tent once assembled to find the perfect location. Instant folding: once the tent is unpitched, simply gather it all into the bag. A doubt the first time? do not hesitate to check the instructions or the online video.
Mattress compatibility
We recommend you use the tent with the self-inflating or hiking mattress measuring 25.6” maximum.We do not recommend the use of inflating mattresses over 2.4” height in this tent due to the reduction in living space and resistance to condensation.
Ventilation
Flysheet with 2 side panels that can be opened out and attached to the side guy ropes (opens from the inside). Air can circulate in the bedroom. The entire rear flysheet can also be lifted from the inside, by pulling on a drawstring. 2 spaces between the flysheet and the ground on each side in the bedroom to enable the air to renew itself and limit natural condensation. Fresh concept to reduce the heat from the sun.
Waterproofing
All Quechua tents are validated in a laboratory (whole tent under 200 L/sqm/h for 4 hours), as well as in the field. (2000 mm PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 4.2 oz/sqm polyethylene groundsheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape). A breathable polyester bedroom under the flysheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the flysheet.
Wind-resistance
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side of the tent to the wind. A properly pitched tent with all guy ropes fitted around the tent must remain habitable in wind speeds up to 30 mph near the ground (Force 6).

Storage instructions
Storage: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odors and mold from forming.
