My son and I used these bags on a recent trip from Ottawa to Nova Scotia. We encountered 2 days of pouring rain and this bag is absolutely water tight. Solid on the bike, robust and great storage capacity. However, we did have a problem with the design. The access to the bag is tight because of the heavy duty waterproof zipper. If you have clothing, such as a vest like I did, the zipper can snag the material and jam the zipper or rip the clothing in the bag. Twice we had trouble opening the bags as something got stuck in the zipper. Our solution was to put a thin piece of cardboard between the zipper and the bags contents. Problem solved.

I didn't have any particular problems with the bag, apart from the velcros which damaged my shorts. I had good weather on my trip so I didn't have the opportunity to test the waterproofness but given the hardness of the closure, I think it is quite waterproof! I had trouble accessing the gear I had put inside, this is my first frame bag, I guess that's normal.
The bag is very qualitative, it is robust and perfectly waterproof. The closure is a little hard but that's the price to pay for it to be perfectly waterproof. A small tube of lubricant is provided with for maintenance, which is great. On the other hand, it is absolutely necessary to replace the velcros that attach to the top tube (velcros at the top left and at the top right), they are abrasive and have damaged my Van Rysel shorts at the level of the crotch when you come down from saddle. That's a shame. Why not replace them with the fixing system that is present on the Riverside Top tube bag (BIKEPACKING 1L IMPERMEABLE TOP TUBE BAG - RIVERSIDE), the two straps are made of a non-abrasive material. So be careful if you don't want to damage your shorts.
Zipper tab wedging popped jamming the tab 2 times, and it fell down a drain the second time.... Quite frustrated

It's still a great shame that at this price all the scratches (except the big one at the top) were not designed to present only one hooking side, so that once hooked, the part that is towards the outside is not catching, especially since in general the clothes worn do not really appreciate Velcro... Otherwise, as already said in many comments, the closure is a pain to open, but it really guarantees the sealing (it's impressive to see that by pressing on the bag the air cannot come out so well closed, so no fear for water and humidity.). On the other hand, access (as on most of these bags) is not practical, which means that all the available volume is rarely used. Special mention to the buckle in the bag which are supposed to be used to hang the arch of a tent for example... you still have to be able to put it in! In short, it's not a bad bag, but all the constraints given above mean that I only recommend it if you have no more room elsewhere.
The product itself is excellent. However, it is necessary to take into account its size for gourds.
Great product, great value for money
I have a GRVL 520 in size S and considering that in other models that size would really be equivalent to M, I decided to test if it was worth it. The truth is that it is fair but without forcing. For gravel I don't like to carry a backpack and this bag seems perfect for that. It has a really considerable volume (I combine it with the one and a half liter dry bag of the saddle) and it looks of incredible quality. The waterproof zipper is somewhat "hard" and makes the product somewhat more expensive, but it is undoubtedly much more practical than the other options. It looks really tough and I really appreciate not having to give up water bottles in the frame. The fixings are also sufficient and the product does not move at all even in the most bumpy areas
Excellent product...but the zip is really too hard. Impossible to open it with one hand even if we apply the wax provided.
Super bag, good capacity. The zip is mega hard to use (make a closure system not rolling and velcro on the side), the plastic thing that holds the string comes off if you go too hard and the size was very right for the size of my frame...
