This is just what I need for body sculpting. Easy to put together and easy to add and unload the weight. I just purchases two more 11 lbs weight plates to add.

I had been searching for a weight set to do my body pump classes but every other brand out there is so over priced. Decathlon has the best prices around for a quality product . Love this bar !!
I grew up in France so I know perfectly Decathlon and usually i love their products because it's good quality without paying a lot for a specific brand. But I have to admit that i'm pretty disappointed in this product. First of all, when the package arrived and I opened it, it was all dirty inside like it was buried in the ground. Secondly, the bar is really cheap quality. The bar comes in 3 parts that you have to assemble. But the seals between the 3 parts are really quality and when you use it, it doesn't stay in place (actually the seal is so bad that it gets all crooked when you tight the pieces together). I really like the weight plates, really to use, sturdy and easy to use by itself (w/o the bar). But when it's on the bar, the clippers don't keep in place the plates and they roll around the bar, which is really inconvenient for a pump bar. Overall, I don't recommend this bar. I won't return it because it's too much hassle but look for another one somewhere else. You can buy the weight plates though, they are pretty nice.
Awesome product for value for home pump classes. My wife uses it 2-3 times per week for the online Les Mills Pump Classes.
I didn't want to fork out a load of money for an excercise plan that I couldn't follow through with. I am new to weight training after having a baby a year ago. It's easy to assemble, you get what you pay for. The only issue I've found is that the grips for your hands are ridiculously rough so get yourself a pair of gloves it you buy this product, and also the entire thing is covered in 'dust' - the inside packaging is made from an odd type of cardboard and leaves residue all over the item.

Hi, I understand the bar is 130cm long, but could you please clarify what is the inner length of the bar? Meaning, what is the distance between the two flanges, or the widest possible hand grip? Thanks
Pros: 1. Good quality bar, weight, and the lock 2. Relatif terjangkau jika dibandingkan merek lain Cons : 1. di awal pemakaian bar dan bebannya banyak pelumas jadi mesti dilap2in dulu 2. Bar terdiri dari 3 bagian yang bisa dicopot - pasang, bikin rada khawatir untuk dikasih beban lebih dari 20 KG

I am hoping that I can purchase additional plates from decathlon for the pump weight training kit
10kg Kit product is awesome. Due to gym closure its a MUST to have this at home for sinple arms and bicept workout. Fantastic product which i used it every day after work. Easy to fix as well.
