As expected good quality
We've had this wheel for well over a year (maybe even two??) and it still works a treat. We haven't switched it to the hard setting yet, as the 'normal' one is hard enough. When you first start out, definitely don't do more than 5, as you won't be able to walk up straight the next couple of days if you go all out! Build up slowly. I am still getting the hang of it, but am getting better at it, my other half is using it every day and it really improves your abdominal strength. Well worth the money.

How to use the ab wheel
To avoid risk of injury, take care to contract your abs and not arch your back during the entire exercise. If you're just getting started with the AbWheel, don't try to push yourself too far forward. As you improve, you can increase your range of movement or the number of reps. The AbWheel is not recommended for those with back problems or who are not used to working out their abs.
Supplements your workouts
This ab workout wheel is for intermediate users; However, it can be made easier to use by positioning a training band between the wheels in stable mode. Place one end of the band between the wheels and the other end behind one of your legs. You'll notice that the exercise is much simpler while still being very effective.
