Product Customer Reviews

pack is very narrow and not that easy to access but 5 stars for comfort
This bag was better than expected. It’s strong and when adjusted correctly sits so comfortably on hips, helping with the load. Lots of pockets and even a rain cover that pulls out from underneath.
Not mentioned is the frame is removable. I put a 15' laptop sleeve into the hydration sleeve and now is my commute bag. Well thought out designs, could do with some more internal pocketing you find in high end bags to really up the quality. Very comfortable carry especially if you like hip belts.
I don’t go on long hikes every weekend so this bag is just fine for me. It feels a little hot after a few hours and it rubs a little at the bottom of my back despite being well adjusted but I was able to enjoy the hikes I have done with this bag.
Hello,
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to know that you love your purchase.
In the hope of seeing you again in our store soon.
Thank you.

This is a brilliant sac! I’ve had this for nearly a year and have used it about twice a week, usually fully loaded. I originally brought it as cheap sac that I could use and abuse and not worry if it got damaged as it was not expensive. I didn’t expect for it to last long and take so much wear. It has by far exceeded my expectations. It is well made, and after about a year of use, it only shows only a bit of discolouration, note that mine was a mustard colour, which they don’t do in this size anymore. Its design is great, with the front access zip for the main compartment, you can get to its contents easily and quickly. With the other pockets located on the belt and around the body of the sac you can put equipment that you need easy access to, whilst moving. It’s really comfortable even when fully loaded and after carrying it all day. Since I’ve brought it it’s been my go to sac for mountain walking. I would recommend this over and above more expensive makes.
Used for a week of mixed high fell and mountain walking
The materials and build quality is on a par with much more expensive Osprey and Deuter daypacks. I'm over 170cm tall, but have a short torso lenght so I went for the size S and it fits me perfectly
Great day sack, good adjustability for carrying comfort, loads of useful pockets and features. Was excellent on long distance hike along the Hadrian's wall cost to coast route.
Have just used this bag for the 3 peaks challenge and it performed brilliantly, didn't know it was on your back.
Have just used this bag for the 3 peaks challenge and it performed brilliantly, didn't know it was on your back.
However being, the waist strap. Brilliant stretch pockets on both sides and great support, but the belt and buckle are too small for such a substantial sack. I customised as soon as I could. Other than that brilliant pack.
I walk a lot and have many packs but this for the money is just superb, very well thought out, very well made and carries the load really well for half the price of the Osprey equivalent.
I use this backpack often, fits quite a lot in the main compartment, I was scared at first with the mesh pockets for the water bottles thinking they'll fall, so far it hasn't happened. Maybe more pockets will be good, to be able to organise smaller items.
Genuinely impressed by this pack. Sports a lot of nice features, very light and comfortable on the back. The mesh backing is great for wicking away sweat and so far I’ve done one long walk in persistent rain and the cover kept the contents dry. I do a lot of walking and I’ve had plenty of far more expensive brand packs of a similar size which are no better. Like the khaki colour option too. Only minor grumble would be no straps for bivy bag or sleeping mat.
I thought, cruised the net and pondered long before choosing a Quechua product thinking other brands must be better - after all, they’re more expensive. However, a month in and I think this bag will last, carry much and look just as trending whilst ‘cragratting’ the fells! I think it’s a great buy and have no problems saying so.

10-year warranty / our tests
Quechua’s research and approval partner for its components and assembly has carried out tests reproducing the aging effect of hiking backpacks. These tests were conducted on the components, seams, and finished product. For example, our hiking bag design guarantees 20,000 zipper openings/closings, 10,000 drops etc., equal to 10 years from the date shown on the sales receipt.
10-year warranty / conditions
The warranty covers the defects of the backpack, excluding those resulting from normal wear and improper use. This special 10-year warranty is only valid on presentation of the product and receipt. If the product is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. This sales warranty does not affect the statutory rights applicable in your country and/or state.
How to pack your backpack
AT THE BOTTOM of the bag, pack your sleeping material, and heavy material nearer the back. Slide your water pocket into the compartment. AT THE TOP of the bag, store your waterproof jacket and fleece within arm’s reach. In the pockets, you can put your sunblock, maps, cap, and sunglasses. Cereal bars or your mobile phone can be stored in the belt pockets for quick access. The straps under the bag can also be used to attach a compact tent.
How much weight can i carry?
We recommend that you never carry more than 25% of your body weight as you risk hurting your back! Even the best bag with perfect adjustments could injure you if too heavy.
How to adjust your backpack?
1 - Loosen all the straps: shoulder straps, belt, load-adjustment straps (these are the small straps above the shoulder straps) 2 - Put on the bag. 3 - Close the bag's belt, positioning it at the hips then tighten it until it feels firmly in place 4 - Tighten the bag’s shoulder straps 5 - Tighten the chest strap (not too tight to affect breathing) 6 - Adjust the load-return straps (the bag will cling closely to the shoulders)
How is the volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardized method: we fill the main compartment as well as each pocket with little balls. Then we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in liters.
How to care for and wash a backpack?
We recommend hand-washing your backpack. Use soapy, lukewarm water, possibly with a brush, focusing on the areas in contact with the body (shoulder straps, back, waist strap), where you have perspired. This is the best way for the fabric properties to be maintained, in particular the waterproofness. Then rinse well with lukewarm water, leave to dry in a dry place away from direct sunlight (no radiator). Store in a dry place.
