Very light & portable, convenient
Bought this for a trip week long trip to the Scottish Highlands. It worked for around 5 minutes whilst heating some water and then the flame got weaker and weaker before stopping completely… The built in igniter was still firing but there seemed to be no gas flowing, we (and many others on the campsite) tried to get this stove to work with no luck… We ended up having to borrow someone’s stove to cook the food we had brought and then hike into the local town to buy a replacement stove, which worked without fault. I would have no confidence of having this stove in my kit, even if a working replacement was provided. I shall be returning for a refund and sticking with our replacement stove.
Great little stove. Light and small making it easy to take on the move. Love the fact it has its own lighter too

I bought this for a 3 days camping and wasn’t disappointed. It worked well even without any windshield!!!
Sturdy stove screws onto gas cannister. Comes with handy storage box. Not as compact as others similar, but is string and supports a kettle of water well. Easy to turn handle, and spark lights well.

Love this it's only had 2 outings and hasn't disappointed. Heats up 500ml of water in no time (on a low flame) and packs away easily into my bike packing kit
Great little stove, solid, comes in a sturdy plastic case, 10 year warranty, reasonably priced. My mate has a different more expensive stove that has fold out feet and a cable that connects to canister that I've used loads of times when fishing and his isn't any better than mine. I used mine 6 times last week and I'm very happy with it
Stove arrived yesterday and used tonight out in the woods to brew a cuppa. Quick. 400mls of water to a rolling boil in under 2 minutes. Coming from a Trangia that is brilliant.
First time using it. In term of weight a bit heavy and big for someone who look for ultra light item. But the good thing is thr stove provide good spark and flame control even during windy even at peak of mountain. The holder is stable for my cookset. Wish Decathlon Malaysia will bring the ultra light and compact stove soon. But still this product worth every penny since it's a quality product with 10 years warranty. Will recommended it to others. Safety
This stove meets standard EN521.It must be used only with butane/propane cartridges compliant with standard EN417.The Decathlon Forclaz cartridges (100g, 230g, 450g) comply with the EN417 standard and are compatible with the Decathlon - Forclaz MT100, MT500 and MT500 Déporté stoves.Read the instructions and precautions for use attached to the stove.
Setting up the stove and connecting a gas cartridge:
To set up a gas cartridge, always do so in a ventilated place, preferably outdoors and never near a flame, heat source, spark, individuals or flammable materials.Check that your stove's gas inlet is properly closed and check the location and condition of the leakproof seal.Make sure that the cartridge is on a stable flat surface. Do not shake.
Setting up the stove and connecting a gas cartridge (continued):
Hold the device and screw in the cartridge by hand by turning it clockwise until it stops, being careful not to damage the screw thread.Follow the same instructions to take off the cartridge.It can be dangerous to use cartridges other than Decathlon - Forclaz.It's normal to hear a small fizzing sound (escaping gas) for less than 2 seconds when connecting the cartridge to the stove.

Ease of use
Pan holder on 4 feet, perfectly compatible with all cooking potsInstallation:Place the stove on the cartridge to align the threads. Screw. Assemble the stove on a flat, unobstructed surface. Open the flow control valve, operate the piezo (several times if necessary). Your stove is lit.We recommend you light your stove with a pan in place above the burner.Make sure the assembly is stable.
Heating time
Our internal tests give us values that reflect the actual conditions of use. In fact, we tested our stoves with Trek 500 stainless steel pans, filled with a litre of water.Actual power result: boiling time for 1 L of water: 3min 48sec. Actual power: 2200 watts. Actual consumption: 158 g/hour. .The results and performance levels of different stoves must be analysed in a comparable way (same conditions and parameters).

The heating time of a stove is subject to a mandatory standardised process for EU certification but does not necessarily reflect the actual conditions of use.Standard EN521 parameters (heating rate):Propane gas at 3 bar pressure, without container. Rated power result: 4.1 kW / 293 g/h
Performance and consumption
Many parameters affect the capacity and performance of your stove: atmospheric pressure, wind, damp, etc. and can therefore change the boiling temperature, heating time as well as the number of litres heated with one cartridge.We strongly recommend using a windshield to optimise gas consumption.The performance of a stove is therefore assessed according to the gas consumed / heating speed.

Storage instructions
Avoid contact with moisture. Do not leave in the rain. After use or cleaning, store your stove in a dry place taking care to unscrew the cartridge.
