Excellent

It was very easy to set up the tent. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. And a lot of storage space. Highly recommended

excellent value and space

we have 2 other tents but they are smaller, wanted one we could stand up in with a reasonable weight for travelling, this one has the front room which will be excellent for storing cooking items and clothing. It is well within size and weight for air travel ( along with sleeping bags etc still no where near 25 kg. friends have one and they swear by the tent.. have only used it the once due to the lockdown issues

Overall, pretty happy with it.

Super compact when packed, but surprisingly spacious when assembled. Good resistance to wind and rain. Easy to assemble. Nice padded bags for pegs & poles. Contras; poor ventilation for bedroom area, it can be really hot in summer.

Great for a weekend away!

Great tent, pretty easy to set up and bring down for a great price. We had perfect weather so can’t comment on how it would do in the rain but perfect so far

FAB*U*LOUS

About 5 years ago I bought the smaller version - was so happy with it, but decided we needed a bit more space - this one is taller (we can all stand up in it), and the porch is bigger. It is superb! >Packs down so small >Easy to put up and take down >Spacious >Waterproof I only go camping once or twice a year, even if I went more often I don't think I would buy a more fancy tent - this one is just sooooooooo good.

Great tent, so big!

Great tent, really roomy I can stand up inside it! After a couple of practice runs I've managed to put it up on my own with a little help from my 8 and 10 year old (it was v sheltered and it would be way easier with 2 adults but it can be done). Great space in the front, like another wee room. We love it.

Flippin amazing!!

So todays date is 25/08/22 and I woke up at 5am this morning to what was the worst storm I’ve ever seen, let alone been in. (This was West Sussex) Me and my partner are camping in this wonderful tent and the storm scared the poop out of us. There were very very strong winds, heavy rain and lightning. The tent stayed exactly where we pegged it and kept all of the rain out. I was worried at how well it was going to hold itself but it was amazing and I’m so thankful and so happy with this purchase! 100% recommend. It sleeps up to 4 people but I would say it’s a very decent size for just 2 if you are like me and like to have your space.

Just what was required

I needed a tent big enough that my wheelchair and walker and cpap machine plus the normal camping stuff for a mother and son camping would fit in comfortably and this did not disappoint. It was easy to put down a bit tricky putting up.

Design Faults

This could be a much better tent if they made some simple improvements, 1. The Poles are too long which means the bottom of the bottom of the drip on the left barley touches the ground while the right side drip has a good 2-3 inches ground overlap 2. The sleeping compartment inner walls touch the outer walls which means any rain water will likely end up in the sleeping compartment 3. There are no drips on the sleeping compartment, the outer fabic hangs 2-3 inches above the ground, the front half has proper drips the sleeping compartment floor is tarpaulin which is water resistant not proof, without drips and a 2-3 inc gap around the sleep area it will likely get wet They have done a good job water proofing the first half but not the sleeping area. This tent is a nice size for the money but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything than fair weather flat ground camping, I will be shorting the poles by 2inces to bring the left side level with the right,. This could have been a much better tent if they sorted out the simple issues

New tent

Needed some help folding it up but it was windy. Very spacious and a tent I could stand up in which was a new experience for me. Lovely

very good tent!!

just brought it and set it up, it’s obvious many people are having problems putting the poles up. I would like to add if any of them had some common sense and laid it down after putting the pin on the other side would realise it’s much easier to bend and put it in on the one side… tent is good nice big room definitely recommend for the money. And the other thing is that people can’t fold a tent 😂 wow, it’s not hard i managed to fold it all up and put it back in easily. if you struggle with this type of stuff get a blow up one. And i set this up on my own and dismantled it by my self 😂.

Product testing

The waterproofing of the QUECHEA tents has been approved with a test of the full tent under a 200 liter water/hour/m² shower (200 mm of rain per hour) for 4 hours. The water column test (=mm Schmerbers) measures the waterproof rating of the fabric only. Our test verifies that no water can get through the seams, flaps, openings, zippers, etc. Wind resistance: We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel with a rotary table to expose each side of the tent to the wind. Tested in real conditions.

Storage instructions

Storage - after use or cleaning, store the tent only when completely dry to prevent the development of odors or mold.

Care instructions

1 CLEANING: if necessary, use soapy water and rinse (water jet cleaning if possible). Dry thoroughly before storing. 2 RESIN STAIN: very difficult to treat: once the stain has dried, carefully scrape off the resin. Apply an ice cube to the inside. This will make the resin brittle and it will be easier to remove. 3 STORAGE: after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odors and mold from forming.
