3 days after purchase 2 of these bags they arrived at my home. Super stoked with the quality of the product and after searching far and wide I cant find any other compact tent that matches the price and quality of Trek 500 5degree Sleeping Bag - Light Yellow!

The sleeping bag was excellent, my son used it on his activity holiday, easy to pack and unpack. Kept him warm during the night, easy to use, definitely recommend to this product...
Bought for the ability to zip two bags together. Took them on a camping trip to Brittany in early June and had no real issues with it. Only comment would be I was nice and hot/cosy and my wife said she was sometimes a bit cold.
I used this bag overnight in the foothills of our local mountains. It was a warm evening but clear skys soon lead to a drop in temperature from 18c down to just above freezing with the wind chill. In fact at sea level there was a frost at dawn. I slept in a single pair of trousers and a top and had the hood up and zips closed. I was comfortably warm all night, only waking as my companion had ventured outside to use the toilet and was suffering from the cold on coming back in and unable to warm again. I was delighted with the performance of the bag. I had camped out a few weeks prior in my old bag and woke before dawn shivering, I'm glad to say this bag exceeded my expectations and the old bag will be relegated to summer use. The bag packs down OK, it's a little bulky in the rucksack but I knew that before buying it. I bought the xl bag as I am 185cm 6'2" and well built so I wanted a bit of room. Recommended at this price
Used this on DofE. One night fine. Second night a bit chilly, but better than my previous bag.
The sleeping bag kept me toasty warm at the 2018 OMM in the Black Mountains, were the temperature s went below zero over night. The bag is also relatively light and small whilst being warm.
I used this on a beach camp and another time up a mountain camp on a wintry night. It does what it says and easy to repack back into the pouch. Easy to clean. It’s also affordable compared to other brands that’s out in HKG market. The only thing I didn’t like is how bulky it was. I wish it was lighter but still for 5 degree weather with the same price. I had to bring this together w other camping equipment, so by itself it might be light, but with other camping equipment it becomes bulky to carry and heavy.

Fabric is not good , even it is not sufficient for 5-7 degree temperature , It's not a good warm sleeping beg , I never recommend this product to any body .

Temperature rating:
On all of our sleeping bags, we display the comfort temperatures tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) according to European standard NF ISO 23537 - 2017. The temperature rating is the lower limit at which the user is generally in thermal equilibrium and feels neither too cold nor too hot in a relaxed pose (for a standard woman and in normal conditions of use). Choose your sleeping bag according to the latter.
What are the limit temperature of use?
Limit temperature: temperature at which the user huddled up in the sleeping bag is generally in thermal equilibrium and feels neither too cold nor too hot (defined for a standard man under normal conditions of use).
However, this is what you need to know about the temperature ratings:
A sleeping bag does not generate warmth but retains the warmth produced by the body. If you feel tired and cold and slip into a cold and damp sleeping bag, you are likely to feel cold, however good it is! These temperatures therefore depend on the person's resistance to the cold (bulk, fatigue, etc.), their equipment (mattress that insulates from the cold, etc.), their clothing (naked, underwear, etc.) and the weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).
For more comfort when you slip into your sleeping bag:
Dress simply (just 1 layer of clothing is enough). Keep your head, hands and feet warm: hats, gloves, socks, hand or feet warmers, rubdown, etc. A bottle full of hot water can be used as a hot water bottle (as long as it will not open accidentally!) Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is transformed into heat). However you should do this without moving as this can cause drafts of cold air. Use a liner sheet, ideally made of silk, to optimize the warmth inside your sleeping bag.

"Generous" mummy shape: wide at the shoulders and more narrow at the feet to optimize thermal insulation (no heat loss) and compact size, while retaining some freedom of movement. Width at shoulder height 30.1" and at feet height 12.6" in size L. Ergonomic hood with drawstring. 2 side zippers with double sliders, lined with a flap (sausage-shaped) made of insulating wadding (thermal bridges) and side openings.

Size M 2.4 lbs, user up to 5'7" in height. Folded dimensions: Ø 15" x 6.7". Volume 10 L. Size L 2.6 lbs, user between 5'7" and 6'1". Folded dimensions: Ø 15" x 7.3". Volume 11 L. Size L 2.8 lbs, user between 5'7" and 6'1". Folded dimensions: Ø 15.7" x 7.7". Volume 12.5 L. Try out your sleeping bag before buying it in order to get the right size for your comfort.
