Stabil, breit und auf der Trittfläche gummiert, sehr gut geeignet für Step Aerobic
Der Step ist für den Preis ganz in Ordnung. Auf Fliesen Oden rutscht er aber leicht weg, hier ist eine Unterlage empfehlenswert.

Erst kurz im Einsatz, daher noch keine Langzeiterfahrungen: dieser Step ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Höhenverstellung ist etwas schwierig zu handhaben. Auf Teppichboden rutscht der Step kein bisschen, auf glattem Boden ist eine Antirutschmatte zu empfehlen, wie das schon ein anderer hier schreibt. Vorteilhaft sind die Ösen, wenn man mit Gurtbändern trainieren will. Werde ich mal ausprobieren. Auf jeden Fall sollte man wissen, dass es sich nicht um einen Profistep handelt, ist eben für den Privatgebrauch und da vor allem für Einsteiger. Gerade jetzt in der Covid Zeit ist dies aber eine gute Möglichkeit, Step Aerobic zu machen, auch wenn die Studios geschlossen sind.
Hat für die richtige Länge und zwei verstellbare Höhen um richtig in die Stepwelt einzusteigen. Preis- Leistung sind gut. Leider reichen die je sechs Rutschnoppen auf jeder Seite nicht aus, Damit das Stepboard bei vollem Einsatz nicht etwas wandert. Das Brett steht stabil und rutscht auch nicht aber wandert doch ein wenig, man müsste also noch zusätzlich in eine Rutschmatte investieren
El producto cumple bastante bien su función.La pega que le veo es que no es apilable (compré dos para usarlo como banco para algunos ejercicios y no se puede apilar adecuadamente con seguridad)

Por poner un pero, la segunda altura le cuesta un poco encajar. Por lo demas todo perfecto.
Muy resistente
Muy buena adherencia y sus dos alturas permiten usarlo también como banco para trabajo con mancuernas, etc. un acierto.
