Not true to size. Can i change it after i opened box?
This is way too big, it hurts my jaw!
Thanks for your opinion on Mouthguard Size L - Black. I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the size of the mouth-guard. We do have the size S as well or, in the new models 500, even the M. I suggest you to try with one of those smaller size

I bought a mouthguard for the second time at decathlon because the first one i thought i had messed up as the product would not stay on the upper tooths and was way too big for the under teeth. So i bought it for the second time to see if it would make a difference if i would exactly follow the instructions, same result! What a waste of my money , TWICE! How can you sell a product that does not do its work, even with the instruction video you can see that the product is way to big. Really dissapointed !

Works well so very happy
For the very cheap price I thought I'd try one of these for a laugh after deciding to do a bit of sparring after a long absence. Following the application instructions to the letter I'm left with at least 6mm extra plastic at the bottom below my teeth, hence not fitting at all and falling out. You can see for yourselves how very badly this mouthguard fits the model in the Decathlon video on this page, he's got more mouthguard below his teeth than actually on them, mine is exactly the same. I wouldn't waste time returning but it shall be going in the bin & I'm off to the dentists to get a proper one, that actually fits. Waste of time and money.

Used by our son, 12 years old, for PE lessons at school. Relatively straight forward instructions to follow to mould to teeth.
Have tried various mouthguards for my 13 year old and this is the best he has tried
Nothing special, just a mouthguard. Only got it for a week, will see.

Our mouthguard complies with the new XP S72-427 standard, which stipulates the following features: - Thicker to prevent perforation.- Built-in breathing channel so that you can breathe even when your jaw is closed.- Meshing of the upper and lower teeth to more effectively hold the jaw in place (protection against fractures).-A gum covering to stop the teeth from coming loose.

Directions for use
Always wear your mouthguard during training sessions and competitions.To mold your mouthguard correctly, soak it in boiling water for exactly the amount of time it says on the instructions. This time will be indicated in the instructions and may vary from model to model. Watch the video tutorial to find out how to mold your mouthguard.To guarantee good protection, your mouthguard should stay in place when you open your mouth.
Care instructions
Wash in fresh water. Leave to dry naturally before putting it back in its storage box (original box).For optimal protection, replace your mouthguard at least once per year or as soon as it starts to show signs of wear.
