Not suitable for hard hitting, rocks like its going to tip over.
4 year old can nearly knock it over. Future boxing champ maybe?
Bought this for the kids to exercise and burn off some excess energy. A bit light and squeaky, where my 8yr punches can get it to tip over. I would recommend to increase the bottom diameter another 5/10cm to allow more water/sand to be filled.

Great gift for my nephew!
No clear Instructions
I gave this as Christmas Present to grandchildren. They both love using it. It is sturdy and easy to store.

I bought this for my grandson's 6th birthday and he is delighted with it. Perfect size and it can be adjusted as he grows.

I bought this for my grandson for christmas who is 7 and he loved it. I was really pleased with the quality of this product. Nice and strong and sturdy. I bought sand to fill the bottom to hold it down which worked well. I definately recommend this product.
Kids love it and generally it works well but the base is not heavy enough. We have filled it full with water and it lifts when the kids punch hard, and my oldest is just 9. Have to see if sand would be better.

Design
The punching ball is designed to train your punches. The foam ball and sprung, stable metal base guarantee good responsiveness. The height (39.4” - 51.2”) can be easily adjusted using the wheel on the central metal shaft. This punching ball comes with a pair of junior gloves in size 4 oz (5-10 years).

How to use it
Always use boxing gloves when hitting the bag. Without them, you risk injuring yourself (burns, bruises).
Filling
You can fill the base with sand (55 lbs) or water (18 L).If you fill the base with water, we recommend not filling it to 100%, and particularly not jumping on the filled base
