The black color is superb

Shoes with black outsoles are rarely found, they are often white and messy. Plus the design is attractive.

Unfortunately, very bad.

The shoes are too hard, the cushioning is very poor and they are uncomfortable for running

Good shoe

I ran a total of 1,200 km in them (as of 2021). They were doing fine. Around 800 km they started to improve (my weight was 68 kg) - which is a good result. For this price - 5

That's not what I expected

They were highly recommended to me in the store, but it's not what I was looking for. I have only used them in a 10 km training session, I expected a little more reactivity and cushioning. Unfortunately I have lost the purchase ticket, I would have liked to change them for the KS900 model.

very fragile

Very light shoes, but not at all resistant, they have lasted 3 months, and the fabric has torn on the inside of both shoes. For me, a price of €99.99 is considerable so that the shoe, given proper use, has durability. There are other brands that are cheaper and more resistant and more recommended. I will complain to the business and hope to have a response.

Really love the product. It comfortable and professionally built.

Very bad

Heavy. They make feet big and wide. For those who run every day, avoid this article.

Some uncomfortable sneakers.

If I wear them for more than two or three hours, they are very uncomfortable.

Excellent shoes and above all…

Excellent shoes and above all excellent value for money. Ideal for training and even for competition up to 10 km

They rub a lot

I do not recommend for longer distances

Its worth the price.

The importance of the cushioning

To give you optimal comfort and performance when running, we concentrated our attention on the sole, which features 2 concepts:- K-Ring: a ring located in the heel to improve cushioning at the rear and spread the shock wave in order to provide effective protection for the body: joints, back, knees, etc.- Kalensole: improves cushioning by 34% and energy return by 25% when compared with conventional foam and lasts up to 1,000 km (620 miles).

The comfort of the kd500

In order to run regularly over long distances, foot comfort is of the utmost importance. So, we tried to improve the level of comfort with the following:- an ultra-comfortable 'half-slipper' upper- a thicker sole that provides enhanced cushioning at the forefoot- a revised forefoot area- a seamless, single piece of fabric to reduce friction

Rebound with each stride

Between the sole geometry and the Kalensole foam, the Kiprun KD500 improves propulsion (acceleration) with each stride. You can now make progress and improve your personal best times from 10 km (6 miles) to the marathon distance.

Why choose a lightweight shoe?

The research and development studies have shown that a lighter product improves running performance by reducing energy consumption. To design the KD500, there was no compromise in terms of comfort and durability and the decision was made to use lighter materials and an optimized sole design. As a result, The Kiprun KD500 shoe is 4% lighter than the Kiprun Fast.Weight: 9.4 oz in size 10.

Adapted to all types of strides

With the exclusive K-Only technology and denser foam located under the first metatarsal, you no longer need to know your stride type: over-pronator, under-pronator, or neutral)!A 6-month study conducted with the Luxembourg Institute of Health* showed that the K-Only concept suits all strides. The key figures of the study:- 372 runners- over 12,558 training sessions- 12,094 hours of exercise- 116,723 km (72,528 miles) covered

Excellent road-holding ability on wet roads and bends

Our sole is designed like a car tire for running performance without losing control in wet conditions. The new geometry of the sole combined with a new rubber material provides the Kiprun KD500 with excellent grip on wet terrain, even at top speed.
