What is the bike weight? What is it’s rider weight capacity?
Answer:
14.5KG or 31 lbs, Max rider capacity 220lbs
Question:
Where can I get a tire for this bike? I looked on your website but cannot find it and I need to replace my tire flat tire.
Answer:
Most any bike shop should be able to provide you with a replacement 20" tire. Select a tread patern similar to opposite wheel if you are only replacing one tire. *Side note* if the tire is flat you will likley need to replace the tube, not the tire. Again most any bike shop should be able to help.
Question:
Does this bike come assembled? If not where is the best place to get it assembled?
Answer:
It arrives 95% assmabled you may have put on a front wheel and insert the seat post in the seat tube. If you preffer any bike shop can assemble it for you but that will typically involve a fee.

I purchased it used in May 2021 and since then I have driven over 5 thousand km, without ever the slightest problem. the bike is very resistant (I hit several potholes), fast (if you are trained) and with a gearbox that allows for various uses. no problems with the gearbox, wheels and chassis (no misalignments, no cracks, etc). I highly recommend it... with this bike I saved a lot of money compared to using the car and I helped reduce pollution. a little heavy (14.5 kg), but this is due to the steel frame which, however, makes it immortal. highly recommended

Fine, but stolen within 2 days. I'm disappointed that there is no standard registration system for it. It's old, can I get a new one and I'll buy the most expensive lock you have :-)!

I don't understand the customers with a hugely negative experience. It is Decathlon policy that if you are not satisfied within one period you can return the item. And if there is a defect or damage upon delivery, you can also return or exchange it. At least that's what I understood from the customer service reviews and the questions + answers. I don't understand why there are reviews that rate this negatively??

I am very satisfied, it folds easily, it is durable, all the joints are well made and are made of metal, it is suitable for the city, everything adjusts according to the height, the gears change easily.
I have been using it to go to work for just over a month, I find it very good, I have not yet taken it on public transport for which it is adequate (with an agreement with Trenitalia) for now I am very satisfied.
Alright. Easy to open and fold. Rolls very well
The look is nice, the folding relatively easy and you can actually transport it easily. But we only had problems: the brakes, twice the wheel…. It's really a shame, but the quality is not at the RV of design.
