It messed with my head for a while trying to work out how to use it. But all good now. Note that there's response to one 'review' or question which says the belt weight 10kg. It's nowhere near 10kg (thankfully)! More like 1-2kg so it suits my needs well. Would be good if someone at Decathlon in Australia provided an accurate weight for users to report their training progress with.
Gets the job done, could be more comfortable
I've been really happy with the weight belt. It's well made and is comfortable to wear, would definitely recommend.

Of course you’ll need to get some weight plates. Or use dumbell plates. It’s really useful for strength training.

The design can be improved further ( with a thicker back support ) because the weight hanging may cause some fiction to the back . The locking mechanism of the weight may need to be more user friendly....

An amazing product that lives up to the promises the description has. I thoroughly enjoyed using this product in the gym and has no issues supporting weighted plates of more than 50kg. The strap is comfortable and does not cause abrasion at the waist, which was my main concern before purchasing it. The only issue I have is the stares I get from people at the gym because of the very obnoxious clanking sounds the chains make. But I guess I just have to make more awesome gains to make those stares worth it! XD Would definitely recommend the product to people who would like to do weighted calisthenics!
