Used by my partner and I for light weight lifting every week. The grip is good and the diameter will suit a woman or a person with small hands. The bearings seem to be of very good quality, it is clearly a good product when you look at the prices of the competition.

Nice barbell but a little too flexible … with a load of 150kg it flexes a lot when performing squats
