I can only review the bike apparently & not service issues. Well I used it half a dozen times. Now it shakes and clicks on the left hand side when you pedal - in the mechanism so nothing to do with the pedal - so it ain’t great. I’d try somewhere else. It looks like this is a common fault.
I've had this bike over 6 months and used it about 10 times in the first couple of weeks, and not since. I bought it in lockdown, and the seat was so uncomfortable that I could barely use it - after a few minutes my whole crotch area would be painful and start to lose feeling. My child says the same. I bought the Decathlon exercise bike seat cover at the same time as the bike,but it was too small to fit over the seat. Because it was lockdown I couldn't go to the store to ask for advice, but after lockdown I did ask in store. I was told that exercise bike seats are very difficult to replace as the seats have different size and type of connections, so I would be better off buying a seat cover.... but theirs didn't fit. The store person couldn't help. As it is, the bike is unusable and sat in the corner of a room for months because of this. I would like to return it and get one with a seat which people are able to sit on reasonably comfortably. It's a shame because the bike itself seems good, very solid and everything works as it should, including the app.
Easy to set up and easy to use. Just wish there were more immersive apps and the saddle could be changed with an actual bike saddle. Can't fault the value for money
It arrived yesterday and was put together - I am a little disappointed already! The wheel/ pedals make a terrible cracking noise upon peddling! I would appreciate it if someone could contact me and tell me if this can be fixed! Not happy! The bike is also very unstable on the floor and so rocks slightly!
The bike dies the job and it is what I needed. However, when I moved to high level I stated hearing a cracking noise coming from the left hand side of the main body. Is this normal?
We bought our bike around a month ago, and we really like it. (6 days a week i am on it ) Before, our "sport" was just walking. Now, since I using, my knees are like new, and my energy level going up. One thing what is not the best for me the saddle. Somehow I have to change. Anything else make me happy :) Thanks Domyos ;)
our machine has arrived , very noisey flywheel , so noisy im concerned to use it will damage it further , need to speak to someone but getting no response on messanger as automatically advised to do , we were so happy when it arrived as I have heart failure and desperately need it ! , so dissapointed it doesnt work , even worse we cannot get anuy contact from you , surely even in these times its possible to communicate or are you so busy as everything you send out is broken ????
I've bought this DOMYOS EB900 bike mainly for my wife.I have assembled the bike but the resistance wont drop.Its shows it dropping on the screen but doesn't change.My wife has had a knee Operation,this seemed the perfect piece of equipment. We are now locked down and the bike is useless.Very annoying when you spend £350

great smooth ride. I chaff a little on the inner thighs so an alternative seat might be better for me but i love the connectivity with Kinomaps (would love for it to connect to more) and am very pleased i purchased it. it also does not take up too much room. easy to move around.
My bike has been troubling me since first month of purchase. I had been keeping Ms Chetna ( Mall Of India , Noida ) informed. The technician has tried his best but has not been able the solve the problem of the display screen freezing.
Purchased from Dwarka store, ritesh rautela sales officer and store manager, Mr sangram nath were great help in delivery and installation of kit. Very good
EV900 is giving burning smell while workout of 10 minutes. There is a clear smell of rubber burning from the fly wheel assembly.
Easy to assemble. Smooth and comfortable while working out. What can be improved - Seats and the handle move a bit even after fully assembled.
