Use it under my bike trainer. Same quality as other well known branded cycle training mats that cost 4-5x more.
Great value mat very happy with quality.
Ive used it to put under my new treadmill. Excellent choice. The mat is strong and perfect as cushioning under the treadmill.
The mat is good quality and good value too. I initially intended to use it under a cross trainer, but ended up swapping things around and used it under the treadmill instead.Running on the treadmill feels much nicer now as the previous mat is a bit thinner.

Excellent durable matt which is perfect for for high intensity exercise.
Initially, the mat felt a bit soft and took a day or two to fully uncurl the edges. Size is excellent and larger than most other similar type mats on the market. The mat does mark during and after use but the indentations disappear after a day. Mine supports my Kickr, bike and me, which is a fair bit of weight (ok it’s a LOT of weight). Not sure how it would go if it was left down for any length of time but def worth the money
Bought this to put on a very slippery lino floor when doing HIIT workouts (lots of lateral movements, jumping, burpees etc) and it's great! It's not particularly thick (about the same thickness as a yoga mat) but it's a good size and it doesn't slip or slide around (although it does move a bit when on carpet). Overall really happy with this mat
I use this mat on carpet mainly for cardio workouts and jumping rope and its perfect for protecting the rope, carpet and helps to reduce the noise from jumping around. The squash/foam factor is also thick enough that it helps my joints when jumping. It does shift a bit on the carpet when doing high intensity cardio but thats expected for any mat on carpets to do. Size is good and easy to roll and store away. Would recommend to anyone doing workouts at home.

Needed a mat to go under recent rowing machine purchase to stop it slipping . Found this and have to say it’s a brilliant product and does exactly what I needed it for and have used for home exercising as well . And at £20 an absolute bargain and brilliant value for money . Admittedly only had a few days but initial impression is excellent . Highly recommend it
