A nice size bottle, handy for carrying around with you. But the best bit is that it doesn’t leak!
On a second day fell from 50cm hight and cracked on the lid. I expected better durability from hiking bottle.
Cant imagine why a bottle for excursions is sold that leaks water if not positioned accurately upwards. Bought 3 bottles to carry all inside my backpack for the kids.

I would invite you to return to your closest store where hopefully they can resolve your issue. This will also help with the reporting of any fault in production and improve the production process.

My partner has had one of these bottles for some time so even without using this one I can highly recommend it. I am so pleased to have one myself now. The top opens and closes very easily. It is simple to wash and dry. i love that it has a top cover as some of my hobbies can be outdoors and dust or dirt tends to get onto the top of other bottles which makes it awkward to drink from. This is covered so I will not be drinking dirt. Very happy with it and love the colour.
Sick of buying stupid children’s cups that leak
My 2 year old and 3 year old girls use these daily. They can open and close it by themselves, it does not leak and we all love them.
Really good - comparable to alternatives from other brands costing twice as much - my only complaint is that the spout points to the same side of the bottle as the lid opens - so the lid hits your chin when you drink.
Good size, good quality. Bought 2 for my little boys and they love them.

For your information, Tritan is not isothermal. Use a cover if you want to keep liquids cool. Do not use with fizzy drinks or fats (dairy products, oils...). Do not put in the microwave or freezer. The water bottle is see-through and measured in 200 ml increments so you can see the amount of liquid left or for making energy drinks. Our products and materials meet the food contact standards in force. They do not contain Bisphenol A (BPA) in accordance with the French regulations in force. Plastics are divided into 6 categories depending on their properties. If a plastic does not fit into one of these 6 classes, it switches to class 7 (where we find all kinds of food-grade and non-food-grade plastics). Tritan, suitable for food contact, is in this category 7.

This is a perfect water bottle for my toddler. He always brings this with him when he plays outside the house. I hope you'll also consider selling a replacement straw or spout for this one.
This bottle is light weight, easy to use and clean and have great value for money.
Quite a sturdy bottle for easy usage. Amount is also adequate for both indoor and outdoor activities. Leak proof so far and the handle on the top makes it easier to take and go. Cleaning is quite easy too. Only problem we have is that the straw can be quite loose, and there’s no spare straws for purchase if we lost it.

Directions for use
Tritan is not isothermal. Use a cover if you want to keep liquids cool.Do not use with fizzy drinks or fats (dairy products, oils...). Functions
By using the straw, you drink by ”sucking” while keeping your head upright.It is possible to drink by removing the inner straw as with a conventional water bottle. However, this may create strange noises (like a duck or dolphin, you choose) because of the intake of air upon contact with the water.The cap has a handle to make it easy to carry or for hanging on a backpack with a strap or carabiner.
Care instructions
Clean your water bottle after every use with conventional washing-up liquid and water. The product can also be put in the dishwasher if necessary. Please note that when in the dishwasher the seal of the cap might come off. If this happens be sure to replace it to ensure the water tightness of your bottle. Allow the cap and bottle to dry separately.
First use
Rinse the entire product 3 times with clean water before first use.
