Very satisfied with the products purchased
This rubber offers challenging resistance to add to your multi-joint exercises. It is quite thick when it comes to gripping it. I use full gloves to avoid damaging my hands with so many repetitions. 100% recommended if you are looking for a hard rubber.
You just need to store it in a safe place to ensure a good lifespan. Coupled with a hook and a large carabiner...can make a very good pulling exercise, for example.
The product arrived very dirty. The dust on it had turned muddy. I washed it four times with soapy water and it did not come off. I soaked it in hot water and cleaned it with a dish sponge. It has a strong smell like black recycling bags, so I keep it on the balcony.

This band measures 1.04 metres when not stretched out- The band is 28.5 mm wide- It provides a resistance of 60 kg, which means that you need to apply a load of 60 kg to stretch the band to 200% of its size.
Using the 60 kg band safely
Check that the 60 kg band is in good condition before you start exercising with it.If it shows signs of wear or has any whitened areas, we advise against using it as it could break during use.If you use the band to lighten yourself on a pull-up bar or dips bar, make sure that the attachment point is suitable and is not likely to come unhooked.
How to choose the weight training band best suited to your needs
The bands in our range each have a colour that corresponds to their resistance level.Blue:5 kg // Green: 15 kg // Yellow: 25 kg // Orange: 35 kg // Red: 45 kg // Black: 60 kgFor strength training, start with a light resistance band (5 or 15 kg), then gradually increase the difficulty.To help you with pull-ups or dips, choose a high resistance. The greater the resistance, the more the band will help you.

To move more easily from bar pull-ups (ref.: 8385106) or a rack (ref.: 8651534) you can use this 60 kg band to help you.It also makes you feel lighter on the dips bar (ref.: 8584544) and safer when you start using an ab wheel.(ref.: 8660093).Don't forget: the greater the resistance of the band, the more it'll help you.
Store the 60 kg band properly to make it last longer
You can optimise the lifespan of your 60 kg band by following some simple storage advice.- Store it in a temperate room (we strongly advise against using the boot of a car)- We do not recommend using it in swimming pools, as it has not been tested for chlorine resistance.- Always check the attachment point of your band if you are attaching it to use it.- Avoid attaching it to abrasive or sharp surfaces.
