When you've had a bit of a stretch with the 5 kg band, this 25 kg band will test your resistance levels in a work out.
Excellent product and very handy band for home gym and HIIT training. Helps train well in short interval, very handy and excellent product.
Bought this training band to help with chin ups during "ISO" Am using it a few times a week...feeling stronger and reducing chance of injury.

Great resistance, not too much, not too weak either. I use it every day and am loving it!
As we get stronger (men and women), the heavier resistance of the 25k Band becomes manageable, where only a few weeks ago we would not have thought it possible to move up from the Green Band. These Bands are motivating, and offer plenty of opportunity to work a wide range of muscles and muscle groups

How to choose your training band
Each color corresponds to a level of resistance: Green: 33 lbs // Yellow: 55.1 lbs // Orange: 77.2 lbs // Red: 99.2 lbs // Black: 132 lbs If you use the band for strengthening, start with a lower resistance and then gradually increase it. However, if you are using it to assist you during exercises such as pull-ups, a more resistant Training Band is best for beginners.
Make the right move: safety precautions when using your product.
Check that it is secured in place so that it doesn't come unhooked as you are exercising (if you are using it to assist you with exercises such as pull-ups for example). Check for wear (breaks or white areas) to avoid your band breaking during an exercise.
