I find that this resistance band can be used for many type of exercise like upper body lower body Arms development. I share this with my family members for their hand exercise

Good service when we buy direct from the store, but the main problem is when we purchase online, never get my goods on time, so I prefer to visit the store even fare, better than online.

I purchased the 25 and 35 kg elastic bands for my home gym. I use them for my strength training. The bands are great for the isolation of targeted muscle groups like shoulder, biceps and triceps. The elastic band is pretty versatile and you only need a little space to use it and it can be use by everybody. My wife and son use the bands in their workouts. This product is highly recommended.
This is the second band to break after 2 months. There is a quality issue to be addressed.
liked the product, but after 3 weeks of daily use, it feels as though it has lost some tensile strength.

Well I thought I was that strong, but boy,I was so wrong. This is good enough for a home workout, especially for those who just want to concentrate on resistance training and maintaining muscle strength(not bulking phase). 35kg Better yet, do get the whole range so that you can do your workouts with proper form and also to prevent injury.

Spot on! You pretty much sumed up the features this training band has to offer! It is designed for muscle recovery exercise, toning and also strength training. We have a wide range of training bands with different amount of resistance for you to choose from! Now, you can use it anyway and no excuse for you to skip workouts yeah!
PS: I like your confidence! Do try the black one sometime for more 'kick'!
Works wonderfully for a gym replacement. But, I wish they had handles for them. Rubs the hands painfully.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry about your product experience. we have other resistance bands with handles but their resistance are weaker. Alternatively, you can try putting a small towel over the band before you grab it. I hope this can help, have a nice day!

How to choose your training band
Each color corresponds to a level of resistance: Green: 33 lbs // Yellow: 55.1 lbs // Orange: 77.2 lbs // Red: 99.2 lbs // Black: 132 lbs If you use the band for strengthening, start with a lower resistance and then gradually increase it. However, if you are using it to assist you during exercises such as pull-ups, a more resistant Training Band is best for beginners.
Make the right move: safety precautions when using your product.
Check that it is secured in place so that it doesn't come unhooked as you are exercising (if you are using it to assist you with exercises such as pull-ups for example). Check for wear (breaks or white areas) to avoid your band breaking during an exercise.
