love this one all their bands are very good quality!
I like these bands, they are easy to use for strength training, especially when starting out. If you want to start building muscle this is a good way to start instead of using weights.

Is so good for resistance exercises for legs and arms!
I wanted a band long enough to stand in the middle and raise both my arms - this is perfect. Just the right resistance strength too.

The resistance is quite strong despite it being the lightest one but not complaining... Just that the plastic smell is quite strong and I don’t know how to get rid of it... but for this price... it’s okay

User tip
To prevent injury, it's important to start slowly. We recommend two resistance levels: one for warming up and one for your main workout.Always remember that rubber is fragile. You will increase their longevity by not stretching them beyond twice their length. If you work out wearing shoes or want your product to last longer, we recommend using a textile resistance band.
Maintenance and storage instructions
To extend the life of your product, we recommend: - Gently cleaning it with warm water and a damp cloth- Sprinkling some talcum powder on it from time to time- Storing it out of direct light and away from heat sources, ideally at temperatures below 30°C
