The quality of this is very poor. Definitely not worth the amount of money we paid. It certainly does not function the way it states it should

Easy to set up I even blew it up with just my lung power. However after hitting it a few times I soon realised the item moves around too much on my wooden floor. Also the velcro fastenings keep comin undone. It's prob more for young kids rather than 14 stone adult men . I shall return it to my store I purchased it from
I enjoyed using this punching bag, but if you are punching really hard it will move around. There are way around it.
Got this as a christmas present for my son. Unfortunately it constantly deflates. Going to return
I use it for 10-15 minutes at a time. It’s ok for what I want it for. I do find the bag deflated quickly after use. I do have to pump it back each time which gets annoying. Might be a faulty valve on the bag. As I says it’s ok for what it is, but if serious I would spend more and get a better product

My 8 year old son loves it. It’s was his Christmas present from his uncle , who also thinks it’s cool. Only one issue which I must contact the designers about — were using an electric plug in air pump it blows it up to 90% but still some wrinkles. What the best pump to use? We’ve had to refill the air after 2 weeks of inflating — is this normal ? About to ask the designer — hope they’ll respond.
Good exercise at home
My 13 year old is thrilled with this. He’s got a good punch and has been beating the **** out of this bag since Christmas. He says it’s sturdy most of the time (he hasn’t totally filled the base and it’s on hard flooring) It was easy to inflate & move around when empty. Lots of fun and well worth the money.

We had just 1 idea in mind when imagining this inflatable punching bag: making boxing accessible to all. "This product allows you to begin any type of boxing, even cardio kickboxing. You can do it all: jab, hook, uppercut, middle kick... This punching bag is also good for people who simply want a bit of exercise to unwind," explains Daniele, Outshock product manager.
Easy to use, move, and store
This product includes a plastic base that can contain 28 liters of water and up to 85 lbs of sand to ensure good stability, as well as an inflatable "punching bag." The result: a product that is easy to use and store because you can inflate and deflate it as much as you like, since the inflatable part can slide into the plastic base. It inflates with a universal pump (not provided) in under a minute.
An innovative product
Our team is proud to present an innovative product in freestanding bags, designed in collaboration with our teams in Hendaye (specializing in nautical and aquatic sports). "We use the same components as in our paddles, which makes our punching bag just as durable," says Daniele, Outshock product manager. It has been laboratory tested and withstands a cycle of 50,000 repeated strikes by a machine.

Directions for inflation and use
For good rebound, the product should be only slightly inflated. It should remain soft to the touch and with pressure from the hands. It is not necessary to overinflate this punching bag. Do not use the compressor to inflate the product; you might overinflate it and break the membrane. Always use boxing gloves when hitting the bag. Without them, you risk injuring yourself (burns, bruises). For more information, refer to the user guide.
