Design of this hiking shoe is suitable for those who suffer from some degrees of deformity caused by rheumatoid arthritis or other reasons. My wife is now able to walk relatively long distances with comfort and without feeling pressure and pain in her feet. Bravo Quechua!
They look cute and are fairly lightweight, but are impossible to lace in a way that keeps your heel in a shoe. The sole is pretty much wood firm and won't bend as you walk. As a result - terrible blisters all over and curses onto every designer who worked on them. Also they have breathing fabric only in the fingers, everywhere else is reinforced by tightly woven polyester, so claiming breathing material as a feature is a bit far fetched. Over all poorely made shoes suited maybe for city, but nothing else.
I have bought those shoes in summer 2020. The toes felt very stiff but I was sure that they will loosen. Month later after couple of days of trying shoes are as stiff and hurt my toes as hell.
I wanted a lightweight walking shoe for town walking this pair of shoes was perfect.

Обувките са много удобни и леки. При ходене се проветряват краката отгоре. Цветът е неутрален и е подходящ за различни комбинации. Използвах ги на леко каменисти терени - не се усещат неравностите и на планински терени с лека денивеланция. Подсилени са в предната част. Имам проблеми в крайниците след химиотерапии и с тези обувки се чуствам много комфортно. Нося по принцип 38 номер, с тесен крак съм, но се оказа, че са ми малки и се наложи да ги сменя с 39 /малко свободно се чуства кракът ми, но това не ми създава дискомфорт/. За краткото ми ползване съм много доволна.

Úžasné boty a ještě navíc slušivé a hezké. Úplně jiný level chůze oproti běžným a obyčejným teniskám - tlumení došlapu je luxusní a lehce si na něj zvyknete. Nosím je kamkoliv - po městě, do lesa, na výlet, i na běžné pochůzky. Jsou velmi příjemné.
Mám už dvoje a jsou super, pohodlné, lehké. Jsou vhodné spíš pro teplejší období.

This sole’s design is the result of long-term research carried out in our laboratories. We chose a specific rubber formula that optimizes grip and resistance. Since not all needs are the same, we are always looking for the best solution to develop on loose country trails such as unpaved forest paths.
Designed for use on country trails
Our Hiking Boots are designed for use on off-road trails. Indeed, we choose the components of the sole and upper of our shoes and test them to ensure that they are ideally suited to hiking on loose trails (e.g. unpaved forest paths) or rocky trails (e.g. rocky coastal paths). Road use (asphalt) may lead to premature wear on your shoes and cause discomfort. They are not suitable for mountain hiking.
Laboratory tested
Laboratory tests were also conducted to test the following elements: tearing eyelets and straps, gluing, toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of outsole and upper components, accelerated aging. These tests allow us to improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear of our Hiking Boots.
How to choose the right size hiking boots
Try on both shoes, standing up and wearing the socks you use for hiking. Try on several models or sizes if necessary. Check 2 comfort points: - the heel seating- the front of the foot on a downward slopeAvoid any pressure points when fitting. Feel free to walk around the store. Gradually start using your boots during your 1st few hiking trips to break them in.
The shoe/sock combination plays an important role
There are multiple factors that may cause blisters when you walk: rubbing, a crease in the sock, moisture, a shoe size that is too small or too big, etc. It is therefore important to choose the right size and to have socks made of the right material for your Hiking Boots.
How to choose the size of your hiking socks
You must choose the right sock size for your foot so that there are no additional creases in the sock: If your socks are too big, there will be too much material around your feet, if your socks are too small, they will get pulled inside the shoe.
How to choose the fabric of your hiking socks
Moisture must be effectively managed when hiking: we perspire, it’s bound to happen. These breathable shoes will wick away the moisture of your sweat. It is therefore necessary to choose a light and breathable sock as well.
What socks should you wear with the nh500 fresh boot?
We recommend that you choose a pair of socks made of polyamide, without cotton. Polyamide is a fiber that is specially chosen for its moisture-wicking properties. So when you sweat, socks made of polyamide will wick away any moisture, after which your shoes will take over the task of transferring the moisture to the outside through the ventilated mesh. For this, we recommend our Newfeel WS500 Fresh socks.
