After doing CrossFit training for a couple months my callouses got so bad I couldn’t even hold on to the bar, these grips were a game changer and allowed me to workout pain free and just get on with my workout and for only £5. I highly recommend. Also a little tip if using on the pull-up bar, I recommend not putting your fingers through the holes and just leaving them rest on the palm of your hand and grip the bar, this will give you a little extra grip as well and save a little extra energy.
I tend to go through straps/palm guards quick quickly. Having tried many expensive guards with varying results I am pleased say that these manage to combine comfort and durability with an incredible price.
I can arch / hollow / arch / hollow much more easily and improve faster, LOVE it very good price for value..!

It does the job protecting my palms from bars and kettlebells during my cross-training, unfortunately it doesn't provide much wrists support as it should. So I end up taping up my wrists first, then follow by this thing. Perfect combination.

How to choose hand grips tips
Measure the palm of your hand, from the heel to the tip of your middle finger. If it is shorter than 4”, opt for size 1. If it is longer than 4”, opt for size 2.If it measures exactly 4”, we recommend choosing size 1.
Usage tips
Ideally use with chalk for a better grip on the bar.
