I measured my knee the way it was mentioned on the web and got a size M. The piece is unfortunately way too loose and am returning it. Not sure now if I should go for a S or XS, as it was pretty loose. Will buy both sizes to check
I got a pair of these 8 months ago for hiphop dancing. I dance like 15 hours a week avg and use my knees a lot and the protection on these lasted I'd say a solid 5-6 months before the point of the knee started to weaken material wise. Many other brands of kneepads of the foam variety such as these would be useless after 2-4 weeks so I was very impressed at how long these lasted. I'm buying my 2nd set at the time of writing this review although shame there is no stock of the Large Size that was good for me. regardless I want to highly recommend this product.

using as additional protection during taekwondo sparring. I'm 50+, often have to spar with clumsy teenagers, which kick low, resulting in knees clash, comfortable to ware, invisible, extra protection.
Very good and value for money
Bought online according to measurements I was an XL. Was waaayyyyyy too big. Went in stores to get the proper size and tried out, an M size fits me better. Better try out in stores before buying

The knee pads are pretty comfortable for 1 size bigger than my ideal size. The only down side is that the knee area keeps slipping and I have to readjust them all the time... other than that it's ok.
