Good durable tees. Step format tee gives a relatively constant height for your shot.
I use these tees for 3 wood faceoffs, the height is perfect for me and frees up the risk of topping the ball. Most of the time it stays in place, but if it takes off it's still easy to find thanks to the bruise which slices well on the grass.
