It is the second one I buy, the 20 liter one is the most useful for me, but that depends on personal needs. It is very comfortable, you can hang it as a backpack, several useful pockets, the elastic top is interesting for towels, etc. Keep the temperature is good, I use it with gel plates that can be inserted into interior dividers, good quality and finish, smooth zippers
Very practical for hikes with a cool picnic
Very good for walks and other excursions. The bag is spacious, practical and keeps bottles and food cool quite well. It doesn't work miracles either, don't plan on keeping your bottles at 4 degrees all day, but it does the job of keeping it cool for an afternoon. Note for Decathlon: for future versions, try to reduce the size very slightly to stick with the 40x20x30 cm dimensions for transport by plane on certain companies.

Volume: 20 liters (1220.5 in³). Inside, you will find a system to keep your bottles standing during transport and on a zipped pocket on the hat. On the outside, you'll find a zipped pocket, separate from the cooler, so you can keep your belongings dry and stop them from coming into contact with food in the cooler (wallet, keys, map, camera, etc.). The bag also has 2 outside mesh pockets.

Waterproofing
Caution: This backpack is not waterproof inside. The bottom of this backpack doesn't hold in water. Sometimes condensation is created inside the bag and some drops of water may seep through the seams. Don’t worry, this rarely happens and won't damage your food.
How to use
To keep your food cold for longer, you can add ice packs to your bag. When packing your bag, we recommend that you put the food that needs to stay cold together at the bottom of the bag. Finally, to increase the thermal performance of your cooler bag, we recommend that you only open it when you need and close it quickly.
How is the volume measured?
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method: We fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with little balls. Then we empty these balls into a graduated container, which gives the equivalent volume in liters.
Eco-design
We have designed this backpack with 2 processes that reduce our environmental impact. The "Dope Dyed" process on the outside: Textile dyeing requires a lot of water but also produces waste water from the dye baths. To reduce this environmental impact, we use a mass pigmentation process that involves adding the color pigments when the thread itself is produced. The "Greige" process on the outside: The fabric is not tinted. The color is raw.

Product testing
The European standard EN 12546-2 certifies the performance of the cooler backpack without ice packs. To comply with this standard, tests are carried out by an external laboratory. These tests consist of placing water at a temperature of 41°F into the cooler, which itself is placed in an environment of 90°F. The point is to then measure the time the water takes to reach a temperature of 59°F. The measured time for this backpack was 7 hours.
