I'm completely dissatisfied with this product. Even though it says isothermal, water never stays inside it hot/cold for even an hour Utter wastage of money

It took me a while to figure out the lid ... but my best guess is that it comes apart to clean the valves, and there's a small storage area on the top. Good size, and I like wide mouth bottles, and I like that the lid has a strap to make it easy to carry and keep track of
Very good product.
Not a great product for sub zero environment. Water temperature starts changing in 3-4 hours. Will not recommend this product.
Please explain why there is a small cap and screw off lid. There is a photo of it on the website, but to explaination.
The thermal bottle is of high quality and has a nice design. The cap is very wide and not practical to open, which is the only problem I have with the bottle.

I am beyond confused with this lid design and don't understand how to use it. What are the three parts for? If it's just something that is to be unscrewed, then what is with the intricate design? No instructions or photos either don't help. Very strange
Good heat preservation effect, easy to clean and easy to carry.
I bought this bottle a few weeks ago and almost from the start the cap started to leak. The opening/closing system is already not the most practical (you have to be careful to screw the cap on well) but anyway, the seal comes off on its own or when it stays in place, it is ineffective. When the gourd is full, it must remain perfectly vertical. If it tilts a few degrees, the liquid escapes... I can't count the number of times this water bottle has spilled onto my seat, into my bag, or elsewhere. It's a shame because the isothermal side is good.
It is the ideal format. 75 cl allows correct hydration at work. The diameter of 7.8cm allows a good grip. The contained height and the wide neck allow a real ease of washing.

Advice to maximize the performance of your isothermal bottle.
The fuller the flask, the better it is at keeping the contents hot or cold.Be careful when using hot liquids: The flask is extremely well insulated, so liquids will remain hot for a long time!We use a double stainless wall with a vacuum between to block thermal exchanges by conduction or convection. To block exchanges by thermal radiation, a fine layer of copper covers the outside of the inner wall.
Functions
The flask has a wide opening (2.4”) for easy filling, especially with ice cubes. The cap opens easily by unscrewing it. It has a hinged handle for easy carrying and storage. The flask also has a small watertight slot for your infused tea bags for example, or to store food sachets or supplements.
Care tips
Dishwasher safe (top + body) Be careful not to lose the top seals. Dry with the top off. The flask can be taken apart by hand for complete cleaning, just make sure to remember how to put it back together.
1st use
Rinse the entire product 3 times with clear water before using for the 1st time.

Product testing
This isothermal product is tested according to the following protocol:Water at 203°F is placed in the product, which is closed and placed in an oven at 68°F. The drop in temperature of the water is then measured after 6 hours and reached 167°F. 147°F after 12 hours, 120°F after 24 hours.
Storage instructions
Wash and dry before storing. Store in a clean, dry place.
