THE rope you need for your outdoor training
Great quality
Correct
Skipping rope pleasant to use, easy to adjust length, good grip, only small downside in my opinion: the density of the rope itself, a slightly heavier "rope" would give it more precision and speed in the movement .
You can adjust it as you like and the bearing its so smooth for beginners
Very good, allows you to warm up effectively. Good value for money
This rope was recommended to me by a seller to start jumping rope. The handles are very pleasant in the hand and do not cause sweating. I have much better control in November than when I started in July. But the rubber rope tends to keep its shape if it is wound and it is then very complicated to use it. I hang it up high to “stiffen” it and it gets a little better. I'm considering trying a real cord rope instead of rubber, to see if that suits me better.
