I'm disappointed the product is great though, good grip the feeling of doing the abs better to perform your movement well, and then the strap broke... I was happy to be able to work on the abs again, that's a shame.

Based on this, we wanted to find the most effective way of optimizing your posture during your abs workout. We carried out studies on about 30 people during the test phase. The challenge was to create an ergonomic, comfortable product that reduces neck pain by 50% during crunches.

What exercises can you do?
Before use, ensure you check with your doctor and get their approval for sports. Strengthening abs through sit-up exercises requires prior work on the deep core muscles. For sit-up exercises, lengthen your back, flex your legs at 90° to secure your back and don't cross your hands behind your head. The shape and handles of the Abs Exerciser 100 help soothe the neck
