Exactly as described always buy buy from decathlon you get exactly what order and always reliable
Works OK, but feels fragile.
This shifter has a design issue! The gear indicator needle does not work. I exchanged one for a new one and it is the same! Save your money and get a real Shimano shifter!

Ordered online using click and collect, but only to realise that it doesn't come with the mounting screw at the point of installation. Strange.

We suspect that the mounting screw might have fallen off from the shifter. Rest assured that we do place emphasis on taking user feedback to improve on our products. Einfach gute Leistung. Benutze diesen Schalthebel schon knapp 2 Jahre. Bis jetzt immer Sauber und Sanft geschaltet. Wenn man auch ein vom Qualität passendes Schaltwerk nutzt ist nicht schlechter als meine alte SLX.
Con cambio Shimano slx funciona perfecto
Lo compré para transformar una bici de carretera en una urbana con manillar recto y sólo con cambio trasero. Pero la palanca no es muy precisa después de ajustar los cambios sigue fallando en algún piñón. El diseño también me parece algo tosco, tal vez en una de montaña encaje mejor. De precio está bien, es económica.

N’as pas été utilisé à bon essient
RAS après un an
Cette manette ne derailleur ne tiens pas très longtemps en utilisation quotidienne domicile-travail. Comme l'indiquent les autres avis émis sur la durée de vie du produit, cette manette est très fragile: si vous l'utilisez pour la balade du dimanche, elle fera l'affaire sans problème. Si par contre, vous voulez de la fiabilité, attendez-vous à être déçus, c'est ma 3eme manette de dérailleur qui flanche, la dernière a tenu 3 mois (1500 km). Comme c'est la manette qui convient à mon vélo, je suis condamné à l'envisager comme un produit jetable et à la remplacer souvent. Bref, une conception pas très "durable"...

Contrairement à mon 1° avis, voilà une suite un peu moins positive ! Monté sur mon VTT AM, il n'a parcouru que 750 km (2,5 mois) ! Après démontage, il apparait que le mécanisme est très simple et trop fragile ! Le support du cliquet/rochet s'est tordu et a la limite de rupture ! Après soudure de renforcement il est à nouveau opérationnel mais sans garantie de fiabilité ! Conclusion : Fait le job mais seulement pour la balade dominicale sans montée ! A mon sens 3 améliorations seraient bienvenue : 1-le rendre compatible toute marque 2-renforcer les supports de mécanismes 3-réduire l'effort nécessaire sur la commande à pousser
