Solid bike for the price range Weight is on the heavy side as it's a steel frame The gear shifting from 2-1 or back seem not to be smooth and cranky My speed cassette seem to be wobbly out of place and was abit disappointed with the problem. Seem to me when the bike was assembled, no proper care was done. Can't be riding to the nearest outlet that can service it since I stays in North East area..
Good for commuting to and fro work. Easy gear shift with less maintenance required. A bit heavy because of the material but overall very durable and user-friendly
Thank you for your time to review our product.
The material of this bike is steel. Steel is strong and less likely to warp, deform or bend under weight, force or heat. Nevertheless the strength of steel's tradeoff is that steel is much heavier and denser than aluminium. Aluminium is also stiffer than steel hence steel offers a more forgiving ride.
If you are looking to upgrading your bike, you could upgrade the current grip shifter to trigger shifter for much easier shifting with the thumbs.

When changing gears from 2-1 it is quite challenging. It’s too tight and i worry i might break the knob while cycling so most of the time I’m just stuck at gear 2 as my lowest.
If you are still facing issues with the gear shifting, you may go down to any of our Workshops mainly located at Decathlon Bedok, Decathlon SGlab, Decathlon Joo Koon or Decathlon City Square Mall to get your bike checked for free. It may be due to the tension screw for gear 1 was tightened too tightly. We should be able to resolve the issue that you are facing within a few minutes.
Thank you for shopping with us and we hope that we can rectify your issue soon! :)

We are a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) and bike hire business based in Kanchanaburi and we have bought 18 of these bikes for our rental fleet. I would suggest you add sidestand, waterbottle carrier and mudguards, which along with a decent combination lock will add about THB 500-700 to the price. As an entry level gravel bike, they are really up to the job and they take quite a beating in our rentals programme, so they are impressive for the price. The one small issue is that, because we use them a lot on tracks and offroad, the original tyres gave a lot of punctures, so we replaced them with an excellent aftermarket alternative (Schwalbe practically puncture proof tyres). Otherwise, you get a lot of bike for your money. I love the maintenance free gears. If you want to try one of these bikes before you buy one, come visit us in Kanchanaburi, not too far from Bangkok: https://supkanchanaburi.com/?page_id=190
