Used in my boxing classes for children aged 6-15 years perfect for them to learn and use for cardio skipping
Fantastic rope for the younger children in my classes, aged 6-15 been used plenty of times 3 times a week and still plenty of use left in them
Nice ropes at reasonable price but they are very long and they don’t cut down easily

How to adjust your skipping rope?
Remove the plug at the end of the handle. To determine the right length for your skipping rope, place your foot in the middle of the rope and lift the handles up either side of your body. The handles should be at shoulder height. Cut off the excess rope. Replace the end cap, and jump!
