After owning my 2 to 3 person kayak for many months I have finally gotten a chance to use it. I inflated it in my family room for the first time and found that there were no keels in the bag or to be found any where. I thought possibly I had to buy them separately but according to this website they should have come with my KAYAK. I don’t know how to go about getting a set of keels since they did not come with my kayak. Can you please advise me? I bought this in California and inflated it there just to make sure that I knew what I was doing. I then brought it on the plane with me without any difficulty. But there were no keels anywhere to be found. Please let me know what I can do. It would be very cumbersome to try to return this whole thing. Thank you. I would recommend this to everyone
Great products . Easy and quick to inflate and deflate . Extremely stable so great for beginners and as it seats up to 3 people it’s great for family and friends to enjoy time on the water . Good for lakes ,rivers and even the sea .
We've got this kayak a few months ago when still in lockdown and we've had so much fun with it. We use the automatic pump to inflate it, so it's easy and we still have lots of energy left to paddle :) . The only part which is a bit annoying are the fins under it. They can get stuck if sand goes inside. Once we couldn't detach one of them and had to take back to Decathlon for the staff to remove with a proper tool. Other than that, we love it!
My kayak had manufacturing issues after 2nd time use, however it is a great product when it comes to usability, and the customer service I received both online and in store to get the product exchanged were at times above & beyond call of duty
This canoe is of very robust quality. Easy to paddle and very stable.
best purchase ever! great for two adults and a toddler, very stable and durable, enough so that our toddler can go from the middle to the back seat while on water without me really noticing at the front. We transport it inflated on the roof racks the 5kms. makes it easier for the washing at home.
Best thing we've bought for the family. We actually get the 4 of us in with the little one between the legs of my wife at the front, Pur older kid in the middle and I seat at the back works great! Very easy to assemble/disassemble and carry in and out of the water.
Really like the kayak tracks well and handles great. However I intend to use it touring and wanted some spares like boston valves and skeggs which are easy to lose and they don't carry spares in Australia! This was the response: I am afraid that we do not currently stock spare parts in our range. In this case, we advise getting in contact with Decathlon UK and see if you can place an order with them. I believe that they do not deliver to Australia so you may need to organise your own personal mail forwarding to have it delivered to you from the UK.
Well designed - I like all the smart tiny inventions: one way valves easy to pump and de-inflate, seats stabilisers etc. Not much of choice to fit 3 people with a bit of comfort. But that one does the job. Easy and fast to inflate and set up. Surprisingly stable on the water - even against moderate wind. Easy and fast to de-inflate, fold down. Fits nicely in the bag. Definitely recommend it. Only one negative was in the shop as they didn't have paddles in stock (only pricy once > $ 150). I had go to BCF before first go.

For starters the kayak exceeded all expectations, its easy to inflate and deflate and a lot of fun to get out on the water, I've got a bit of a bad back and the seat in this kayak caused me no issues at all, it is quite comfy. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleaning process, its a bit of a pain but for the sake of 30-60mins of clean up and I can then pack it in a backpack and store in a cupboard is fantastic. If they could find a way to make it out of a hard plastic like the SUPs that would be awesome and easier to clean. I'll also mention i use it alone most of the time and it works great as a one man kayak and leaves you with heaps of room for storage, although the clearance through the middle is a bit wide and I find i get a bit wet when paddling
We bought this for taking a leisurely paddle with the dog. It is really easy to set up and is super stable. The deflation and folding process is quite simple once you've done it once, we also found it easier to remove the floor and fold it separately. The only thing I'll mention that we didn't take into account is the drying. We didn't want to leave a wet kayak in the bag for whoever knows when we'll go kayaking again. So it's just a bit inconvenient to pack it up while down at the beach and then open it up to dry back at home.

Seat comfort
The front and back seats are high, this provides increased comfort for adults in the paddling position.The seats are arranged according to the number of persons on board, on the diagrams printed on the floor: In front of the ”2+1” diagrams (which remain visible) when there are 3 persons on board. In front of the ”2” markings when there are 2 persons on board.

Inflation recommendations and precautions
Inflate the floor, then one of the side tubes, then the second one to 50%. Check overall positioning of the chambers. Then, inflate it all to 100% without exceeding 0.1 bar (1.5 PSI).DO NOT OVERINFLATE!Fully close all of the valves.Install the 3 keels, unless using on a river containing little water.In the event of EXTREME HEAT, slightly deflate the kayak out of the water to avoid overinflation, which could damage the kayak.Do not leave inflated in direct sunlight: risk of overinflation.
Care instructions
In the event of damage to one of the side chambers, open the side tube lengthwise using the zipper and remove the chamber.The floor can be uncovered by opening the velcro fastenings.Example 1: The hole is in the side tube; You can use the repair kit to stick on a patch.Example 2: The hole is located along a seam; Contact the DECATHLON workshop service to exchange the faulty bladder (2-year warranty).

Patented bow shape: The front and back ends provide good glide. The V-shaped front of the kayak enables smooth entry into the water.
Easy to disassemble and fold
New carry bag, backpack style for short distances.Easy-clip fins.Deflate the kayak by opening the 3 ”Boston” valves.Fold the lateral tubes down onto the floor.Roll starting from the opposite side to the valves to remove the air.Place the rolled-up kayak into the main compartment of the bag.Close the zipper and tighten using the compression strap.
