I bought some identical socks from Decathlon in Spain and have been so impressed with the comfort and quality, I bought some more here. Didn't realise the description included the word `children's' having just took notice of the size, these are 2.5-5 and I am a size 5. If you don't like `snug' then perhaps these aren't for you as they are perhaps a little smaller than those I already have but they fit! They are comfy! And I love them!
I live these socks,they are very comfortable and don't rub on your toes, I have quite a few pairs of these now, and would buy more

I have been using 2 pairs of these socks for couple of years now... still sturdy.. What I like most is the grip and comfy feel.
