Great feeling boot. Nice and thin (which is exactly what I was after) I don't like a chunky thick boot. I also don't like too thick a sole on the footwear. First trying on, I thought I'd made a mistake and they were a bit cheap feeling and flimsy. However within seconds, I realised they were a nice thin, with good feel through the sole. They are basically wetsocks (which are rubbish in my opinion) but with added rubber support to make them much better. I know all surf boots are kind of, but that's the best way I can describe them. Think a little better wetsock. If you need a thicker warm sturdy surf boot, then these are not the ones. **beware sizes! I purchased a size10.5 - 11 UK. I'm a size 10. When holding these up to a size 10 trainer they were about 3-4cm shorter! Way too small to be a 10.5/11. Ive returned them and gone 1 size up to the 11/12.
Perfect fit for my wife and good quality keeping feet nice and warm
While kitesurfing in my old boots got a big toe injury. Holding against the pill of the kite my big toe was too tight in the old boots, which had this pointy shaped nose. These have a much better sole shape which spreads the forward load between all toes and is not tight on the toe sides! Reccomended. I had to buy them 1 size bigger 45-46 while my normal size is 44. Tried 43-44 in the shop and just felt a bit too short.
Really pleased with these boots, we used them for a week long holiday at the beach for fishing & wading. Tough to get on but all wetsuit boots are! Kids stayed in them all day with warm feet.

Wie gewohnt gute Qualität
Liegen nicht eng genug an, dadurch läuft sehr viel Wasser in die Schuhe. Ich werde mir beim nächsten mal die Version mit Schnalle bestellen. Allerdings handelt es sich hier ja auch um ein sehr günstiges Produkt, dafür sind die Schuhe ok.
Einfacher Einsteiger Schuh. Fällt größenkonform aus. Das Anziehen bedarf etwas Geschick und Übung. Der Gummi über dem Spann ist für mich etwas eng und leider nicht verstellbar. Hält bei mäßig temperiertem Wasser einige Zeit die Füße warm und erfüllt damit seinen Zweck.
die Schuhe haben sich bewährt beim Jollensegeln im Trapez. Man hat genug Gefühl und die Sohlen sind ausreichend rutschfest. Etwas seltsame Form mit dieser Kinke neben dem großen Zeh. Die bräuchte ich nicht, mein zweiter Zeh ist genauso lang wie der erste. Aber drückt auch nicht so dass es nicht ginge. Die Schuhe lassen sich (auch ohne Reißverschluss) gut an- und ausziehen. Die Füße sind warm geblieben.Trocknen tun die Schuhe, wie alle Neoprensachen, nur sehr langsam und fangen dann schnell an zu müffeln. Trick: Silikat-Katzenstreu (dieses weiße mineralische) reinschütten bis ganz oben, die Schuhe sind im Nu trocken. Lässt sich rückstandlos wieder rausschütten. Die Streu ist sehr lange immer wieder verwendbar weil sie ein vielfaches dieser Menge an Flüssigkeit aufsaugen kann.

Passt alles
Passform super und gute Verarbeitung, jedoch zum Kitesurfen nicht geeignet, da die Sohle nicht dünn genug ist um Brettgefühl zu haben. Daher leider keine weitere Nutzung meinerseits

Die Schuhe sollen in erster Linie vor Kälte, Steinen und scharfkantigen Riffen schützen. Aus eigener Erfahrung bevorzuge ich es generell immer ohne Schuhe zu surfen, da ich ähnlich wie du, das Brett viel besser ohne Schuhe spüre. Es ist aber auch eine Gewöhnungssache mit Schuhe zu surfen. Kam bei mir als ich das erste mal bei 10° Grad im Wasser war und ansonsten meine Füße nicht mehr gespürt hätte.

How to choose the right boots
The 1st selection criterion when choosing a surf bootie is water temperature. Water temperature varies according to the location and the time of the year. Systematically make sure that the water temperature at your spot corresponds to the recommended temperature range: Warm water above 68°F. Temperate water between 63 and 72°F. Cold water between 54 and 63°F. Very cold water between 45 and 54°F. Visit the site seatemperature.org to find out the temperature of your spot.
Choose the right size
Surfing shoes and booties should be a very tight fit to ensure the best possible thermal efficiency. It is perfectly normal for it to feel like they are too tight when tried on dry. Choosing well-fitting shoes and booties ensures a better fit and prevents them from swelling with water in use.
Materials
The 3 mm surf booties are made of neoprene to ensure better thermal comfort. The neoprene is lined with synthetic fabric for added resistance to wear. Neoprene thickness: 3 mm. The neoprene is made from an elastomer foam with insulating properties. We test and guarantee the thermal quality of our neoprene materials.
Watertight assembly
The seams are stitched and glued for a watertight seal and durability. The seams are "blind-stitched": The thread does not go all the way through the neoprene, preventing water from getting through. The absence of threads on the inside avoids irritation and chafing. Patches for comfort and reinforcement are strategically placed on the inside in sensitive areas.
