Why wear this ankle support?
The Soft 500 ankle support can be used as a preventative measure by applying the compression that you need to support your joint and stimulate proprioception when playing sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo). This product can also be used in the event of osteoarthritis in your ankle.
What is proprioception?
Proprioception is the ability to know where the different parts of your body are in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance and the more controlled your movements. It also helps prevent the risk of injury.
Choosing your ankle support size
Measure your ankle girth, to 2” above the ankle joints. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:Size 1: 7.9” - 8.7”Size 2: 8.7” - 9.3”Size 3: 9.3” - 9.8”Size 4: 9.8” - 10.4”
