durable and strong ball in an interesting size

there are no balls that are indestructible, but this one is really strong - it can withstand a season of digging (also on asphalt), just be careful not to pump too hard - hitting it with such a projectile may hurt

The story behind this ball

It's important that young soccer players use a ball that's the right size, no matter their age, which is why our design teams have developed the First Kick.Size 3 for < 9 year olds.Size 4 between 9 and 12 years.Size 5 for over 12 year olds.In addition, we have conducted numerous lab and field tests to guarantee the ball's ability to withstand every hit.

Too light? too heavy? the weight is standardized...

Ball weight: Between 14.5 oz and 15.9 oz (size 5). Between 12.3 oz and 13.8 oz (size 4). Between 10.2 oz and 11.8 oz (size 3).

How big is it? what's the circumference?

Ball circumference: Between 26.8" and 27.6" (size 5). Between 25" and 26" (size 4). Between 22.8" and 23.6" (size 3).

A "round" ball?

Average measured variation: maximum of 2%.We measure the soccer's sphericity at 4,500 different points and then examine any differences. If the discrepancy is greater than 2% (FIFA Pro Standard), our engineers are tasked with improving the sphericity to ensure a consistent bounce.

Maximum pressure loss test: here's what we do...

We inflate the ball to the recommended pressure (meaning 0.8 bar).72 hours later, the ball must not lose more than 15% of its pressure, meaning approx. 0.1 bar. The pressure after 72 hours must, therefore, be at approx. 0.7 bar. This also means that it is quite normal for a ball to lose pressure after a few days.

Product testing

Complies with international federation standards.

Storage instructions

After use, store your ball in a dry and ventilated place.
