I bought these fins to train at the pool. They are great, very light and comfortable - no chaffing on the first nor subsequent uses! Perfect to exercise and build some muscle strength.

Good shopping experience
I love these swimming fins. Use them to train legs.
Lightweight for holiday use. I tend to swim arms only, so get my legs working. Not as powerful as diving fins, but these are for training not sub aqua.

Really helped improve my kick. Noticed improved propulsion when using with kickboard, more so when swimming on my back. I was able to swim for longer. Ensure you dip them in water to make putting them on easier. The decathlon size guide was useful in ensuring a perfect fit.
I loved these fins - comfortable, great for training in the pool but the original pair and a replacement pair split - the second pair after only 6 weeks … had to return for refund - shame because otherwise they were perfect
My son wears size 6.5 shoe UK size and so the swim fin size 5.5 fitted him well. Great quality

What are swim fins for?
A fin is a piece of swimming training equipment to work the lower body. You can simultaneously work on your heart rate and lower-body strength training (thighs, glutes, calves, core stability).

SHORT-BLADE FIN - US C 2/2.5: 11.8" - US W 5/5.5: 12.2" - US W 6.5/7.5: 12.8" - US W 8/9: 13.4" - US M 8/9: 13.8" - US M 9.5/10.5: 14.4" - US M 11.5/12: 15" SHORT blade guarantees a good kick frequency and a good cardio workout. Movements are very close to “natural” swimming movements. The LONG blade guarantees a more sweeping kick and a stronger muscle workout.
Fin stiffness

Footwear

Your 1st time using a fin?
Be careful not to start too quickly! The use of the fins should progressively increase to let the legs and feet adjust and get stronger and to avoid hurting the Achilles tendon.
